Oh! Hello! I wouldn't know what you've heard about me but I'm glad it isn't bad things^^ About your 'problem'. Say, you're asking me 'I want her to be my girlfriend i.e. I want her to break up with her bf so that she can get together with me'? In any case I don't think there's much you can do, if she loves her bf and he loves her I don't see how they'll break up anytime soon. Also, does she know you're in love with her? The only thing I can conclude is that this is an unrequited love and will remain so until she decides to break up with her bf so that you can get together(if she wants you that is). You can do several things in my experience but they all carry risks. First you can confess your love to her and see her reaction, and her bf's reaction if your unlucky or you can wait and see if things proceed in a different direction. My advice is not to agitate her bf to the point where he sees violence as a solution to get rid of you.
