Much of what you say does make good sense. The hyuga preceding the rikudo sage makes sense, and the uchiha coming from that bloodline but also containing the Juubi's sharingan powers also does create a credible theory for how the sharingan came around and why the sharingan is descended in part from the byakugan but is more powerful than it.

Some parts of your theory falls apart. I don't think Zetsu has anything to do with anything. I also don't think the Hyuga created the Juubi. Instead, I think it's more likely that the elder brother mated with a Hyuuga woman, and the children had sharingan. The older brother had his father's rinnegan but also had some weird sharingan power from the Juubi. If you look at the scans, his eyes did have a weird mixture of the two. The sharingan is a weird mixture then between the Byakugan, the Rinnegan, and the Juubi's sharingan-like powers.

The mangekyo sharingan and the EMS is a way for an uchiha to unlock the evil powers of the Juubi: Kill your best friend and then steal eyes from your brother. This turns you evil enough to channel the Juubi's powers. Think about how the Kyubi's power resonates with Naruto when he gets angry, and it's the same idea. All of Sasuke's MS and EMS powers matured when he was angry or in the middle of doing evil things (trying to kidnap the 8-tails, trying to kill Danzo, trying to assassinate the kage, etc).

There are questions I still have… why the Hyūga created the Jūbi… why they 'lost' to the Rikudō Sennin… and of course, Zetsu's part in all of this, manipulating Madara to recreate the Hyūga's power. Killing all the Uchiha so that all the Jūbi's lost chakra would be concentrated in one shinobi? Bringing the bijū together? The Jūbi is being recreated so that Zetsu, who absorbed Hizashi's Byakugan, can possess the Golden Byakugan. But I don't know everything yet. I will soon, and once I do I'll tell you…

The uchiha's have a more powereful version of the sharingan: the mangekyo.
So why don't the Hyugas have a more powerful and unlocked version of their

the idea does seam far fetched. but at the same time it could be possiable. I mean zetsu is still the only akatsuki alive besides Madara. could he be the master mind behind all this ? Maybe, Maybe not. We have very little information on zetsu. But we do no that he is basically the army. excluding kabuto and his little minions and madara. But back to what i was saying. your prediction may just be correct, OR more than likely its wrong.

Looks like you put some effort in the Theory. But I think Kishi sorta left off on the Byakugan heritage. There is no way to confirm it or not. But I can tell you he didn't get Neji's dad's Byakugan. His was sealed. I liked where it was going before Zetsu got involved.

Ur theory is great but There are some things I don't like if Zetsu has the golden Byakugan why hasn't he pwned every one yet?

Why didn't you explain where the renningan came from also why did the renningan occur again in an Uzumaki and not a Descendant of the elder son. Or even where is or what happened to the other variants of the of the sages eye's.

Zetsu's part in this theory was mere speculation, we don't know to much about the black/white Zetsu so I just threw the idea out there. :d
