At mid range of the enemy, Tomoko looked the enemy with her hands middling in between, activating the blissful sight of the Byakugan. Afterwards, Tomoko shoots a blow of chakra toward Nel as she raced toward her enemy distracting her. As she approaches short range of Nel, She delivers a strike targeting Nel's liver with a charge of chakra that would blast it from inside out, causing the disposition of other organs and damage them in the aftermath, that will initiate intensive pain for Nel, enough to paralyze her.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Close the tenketsus and he won't be able to use chakra for two turns.

With my already activated Byakugan, I acknowledge the location of each of my enemy's tenketsus as I approach him to then take a swift low stance that represent the milestone for the repetitive stabs of chakra needles emerging from my middle and index focused together into every injection I preform into the enemy's tenketsus successfully block them all in a glance of time leaving the enemy's chakra in a miserable position.

Since you stated that one cannot react if the jabbing started so I say the only way to block it if it already started is for an external presence, such as a clone, to interrupt it.
If the technique was still in preparation and the enemy has not started actually attacking me, I say I will have to get the hell away from him so I won't be in the range of his fists or transform my body into a fluid which would make his attacks useless against my body, but I rather the first option, personally.

As you are able to view the tenktsus, you can see the chakra gates too. Close all of them and render my clone useless for 2 turns.

Tomoko approaches the clone with her byakugan locking on it's eight gates which she repeatedly destroyed with chakra needles sprouting from the ends of her index and middle finger, starting with the open and rest gates to unbalance him located in his head, then swiftly block the life, pain, limit and view gates causing the enemy to fall back. At that moment, Tomoko advance forward at a low substance, targeting his wonder gate causing him to flip midair as she delivered the final blow to his gate of death.

The gate of open and rest are located to the left and right of the medial plane of the brain in order. The gate of life and pain are located on the medial plane in spinal cord, the first above the other. The gate of limit is located proximally beneath the diaphragm on the medial plane and beneath it lays the gate of view which I would say is at the level of the stomach then the gate of wonder which I always find its location quite funny for its name, anterior to the pubic synthesis(the genitals), or so it seems even tho it's said it's just beneath the stomach. The final gate, the gate of death is located in the heart.

Tomoko runs toward the enemy until her face almost touched your clone's only to jump back while releasing the previously gathered chakra from her palm which she extended to touch the the middle of the sternum, corresponding with T5 posteriorly, causing the trachea(at it's bifurcation, blood vessels and the eso****us behind them to burst innerly, which leads for the clone to disperse.

Tomoko focus chakra into all of her tenketsus, releasing it outward which intensive concentration to create a burst of chakra that blow all of your clones away and also greatly damage them. The chakra is as if multiple long chakra needles unleashed at once when there's little to know distance between each other focused into each of the four targets.

A-rank normal chakra = B rank elemental chakra
A-rank normal chakra surge = B rank elemental chakra surge.
But
B-rank elemental chakra surge can only break from C-rank and below genjutsus
so do the maths.
I count OBB as normal and can not stand equal with elements because its not Kaiten nor is it twin lion fist which requires advanced shape manipulation to make them become so.

Well, what you say is logical and do make sense. Since you are the sensei I must take your word for it. I thought it was A rank because back in my days A rank jutsu was able to break from A rank genjutsu, elemental advantages aside, but the genjutsu science has advanced a lot since then thanks to Scorps and the other mods so yeah, I will go with what it is now. What is OBB btw?
So if I created one larger lion head in one of my hands, would it equal a chidori in power? I am a bit confused over this because elemental techniques are stronger than non-elemental techniques, is this some kind of an exception per say?
Tomoko concentrate her chakra in her lower arm regions, precisely the hands and the elbows, then with great chakra control she release them from her tenketsus only to then manipulate it to take the form of two lion heads, a head per arm. The lion head was more static and condensed around her hands and elbows while the overflowing chakra from the heads back was less concentrated and had the looks of hair strips. Each head was in the size of a real lion completely covering Tomoko hand by tens of centimeters. To test their strength, Tomoko approached a tree and with one swift push, she created a large hole in the tree, so big in diameter then tree collapsed because the sides of the hole couldn't bare it's weight.

Tomoko approach her enemy and deliver multiple strikes with her hands together which were previously charged with chakra, giving him no time to react, then she end it by charging her palms with a large amount of chakra to then advance forward at him and strike his guts with them, unleashing a large wave of chakra out of his system and almost completely dry him from it.
I say it drains them of chakra because the part attacked in the final blow is the center of the chakra system where it is stored and produced, targeting that part with this attack would cause the enemy to lose most of the chakra because it's mostly located there.

Its simple, you are closing the tenketsus, limiting the amount of tenketsus the target need to mold chakra,
the next one is almost similar to the above, just that at the end, instead of jabbing the target, to bring your hands together in a clap causing an explosion that would push back your target. Mind you, your hands glow.

Tomoko begin by charging her palms and coating them with chakra hence resulting a glowing effect. As she does so, she approaches the enemy at close range thereafter jab him with her illuminating fists destroying multiple tenketsus then she clap them close to his abdomen, causing an explosion of chakra which would send him flying backward few tens of centimeters off the ground. The explosion won't send Tomoko flying, however would damage her a bit.
