ok genjutsu is the illusion that makes the enemy lose contact with his senses and make him mental damages, to many of the genjutsus can be stoped by the doujutsu like sharingan, and sharingan it self make genjutsu sometimes, its almost all of the genjutsu that is used in close range and thats its major weakness
