Imma do this rp-style.

Alucard was sitting on his throne in Dainashi, awaiting Faye to attend to the ritual which would teach her the power of Bisumaton. He had placed the elements ceremonial weapon, The Golden Nightmare on the floor with its edge edged into the floor, carrying its weight and balanced it upwards. As Faye entered the room, Alucard would apply his iconic grin and removed his glasses, revealing his Dojutsu. He would speak in a sinister but comforting voice.

Do you know what knowledge you’re expected to leave this room with? Tell me everything you know of Bisumaton.

Faye would enter the room to find Alucard sitting on his throne smiling creepily as usual. Excited to get on with the learning she would quickly reply.

"Ok so I dont know too much but this is what I picked up. The metal unlike others is resistant to cold and hot temperatures due to it's low thermal conductivity. It can also create its own magnetic fields and conducts electricity poorly and is weak to wind and lightning."

Alucard needed more information than Faye had given him. He would create a phoenix out of Bistumaton chakra and have it placed between him and Faye.

(Bisumaton: Kamigami no umi | Bismuth release: Sea of gods)
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: D-S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 10-40
Damage: 20-80
Description: Sea of gods is a multi-ranked technique that serves as the basic, jack-of-all-trades technique of the bismuth release. It can be created from existing sources(earth) or from the user directly. Depending on how much chakra he/she spends it amps the technique further and thus produces more liquid bismuth. The force of the torrent of the liquid metal will also become greater the more chakra is spent into the technique. But even so, small amounts of liquid bismuth may be enough for some occasions too. Through this technique, the user will be able to shape the land infront of them and create small or large torrents of the liquid bismuth, create a huge "sea" of the molten metal right under their targets or manipulate pre-existing liquid bismuth to form into huge hands or small flying liquid bullets. Even though the possibilities are essentially endless, the bismuth will stay on the field until destroyed and does not require chakra to stay on the field. However, since the release is indeed liquid it cannot maintain any lasting functional structures unless chakra is used to sustain the releases state. Sort of like water which can be formed into a dragon but needs chakra to sustain its form in such case. D, C and B ranks can be used indefinitely while B-ranks will require one handseal; Hare. A rank variation can be used up to 4 times, but will start to require two handseals; Hare - Ox. S-rank variation requires three handseals; Hare - Ox - Rabbit - and can be used up to 3 times per battle.

Note: B-ranks require a single handseal, A ranks two handseals and S rank three handseals.
Note: A rank version can be used 4 times per battle, S rank 3.
Note: No Bismuth Above A-rank after using S-rank version.

The rainbow colored liquid would flow but the phoenix was simply a statue for demonstration.

This is the metal Bismuth, it exists in the earths crust naturally meaning we can use natural resources to expand techniques or we can create the metal in ourselves much like water release. You mentioned it was a metal indeed, you didnt mention it was liquid though. Because its liquid, it has destroyed the symmetry needed to be affected by magnetism but due to the fact that Bismuth gets denser when it is liquid rather than solid, it is unique in this matter and thus stronger. Now, why is it weak to lightning if it conducts it poorly? Why is it weak to wind if it is warm enough to set wind on fire in theory?

Also, name the elemental strengths of the element and then proceed with performing the technique Sea of Gods.

Well from what I understood, even though bismuth has electrical resistance, lightning is still stronger because the like most metals, focused lightning can cut through it.
Bismuth is not exempt from this.
As for why it is weak to wind, well wind contains oxygen and as such can oxidize the element. It is important to note however that cold usages of wind will not impact bismuth as it won't react much through its low thermal conductivity.
Bismuth is strong to earth and other variations like lava and other minerals because it's more dense and hotter than them. Liquid bismuth is strong to fire because more fire will make it less consistent and thus more dense. Extreme temperatures and radiation will not affect Bismuth due to the low thermal conductivity.
The last strength of the element is water and liquid based elements as they can easily be evaporated by Bismuth. Although water contains oxygen, it will be evaporated so quickly that the oxygen in the water will scatter meaning it doesn't oxidize it.

I think that's about it.

Faye looked at the phoenix statue marveling at the rainbow colored liquid. It was truly beautiful. She would then begin gathering earth and fire based chakra, blending the two with extreme precision to form bismuth chakra using chakra manipulation to give it it's liquid form. She would then focus said chakra underneath Alucard's statue creating a small pool of liquid bismuth.

That's pretty much the hammer on the nail. Good job, radiation strength isn't because of thermal conductivity though. Some metals such as lead has a perfect number of electrons as well as density to scatter gamma and x-rays before they enter through the material. This is over-course so i wont get into it further than that. You're correct about thermal conductivity when it comes to cold air and hot materials though. Note, this also means that ice will be weak to bisumaton as it won't cool it down enough to over come it. Ice itself has very high thermal conductivity compared to bisumaton. You forgot one strength, which is poisons as they consist mostly in a liquid form too, they will simply evaporate.

Alucard then noticed Faye's creation of a pool of bismuth forming between them.

You learn quickly, that's a pass. Next we'll get to a technique that lets you convert your entire body into liquid bismuth. Watch.

Alucard would turn his entire body into Bisumaton release using the abiogenesis technique. His entire body became a glowing hot metallic rainbow-colored beacon.

(Bisumaton: Baiojeneshisu | Bismuth release: Abiogenesis)
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-mid
Chakra: 40(-20/turn)
Damage: 80(on touch)
Description: Abiogenesis is an advanced application of the Bisumaton release and lets the user take the form of the initial release to benefit from its S/W upon facing a jutsu or otherwise. The user will transform themselves into liquid bismuth while still maintaining their original size they become heavy and slow but also very warm and squishy. This is an extremely good counter for taijutsu but also for evading other elemental techniques too. The user will become movable but halves their speed due to the density of the element they are now the form of. While in this stage the user can only perform bismuth/earth/fire techniques. Due to the liquid state of the bismuth the user can take shapes that aren't humanoid, for example they can stretch themselves outwards up to mid-range. On touch the user will burn anything it comes in contact with and cause 80 damage.

Note: Usable twice per battle, lasting up to three turns per use.
Note: No A rank and above Bisumaton and no S rank and above Fire/Earth techniques after usage.
Note: Can only be taught by Skorm.

In this form, we take on the strength and weaknesses of Bisumaton itself. We become Bisumaton. And while this is certainly a very powerful concept it has some drawbacks. We get slower (though i might have some ideas on how to fix this..), we also become stretchable like that famous rubber man everyone is talking about.. Let me see you try it now.

Once more Faye would channel bismuth chakra all throughout her body transforming herself into the element.

Gomu gomu no very slow jet pistol!

She would throw a punch streching her arm to hit a nearby rock.

I AM BISMUUUUUUUUUTH!! she would yell, flailing her arms in the air.

Safe to say she was having fun.

This lass is special. Hope she stays in the clan t__t. - Alucard thought

..M'yes, bitches love cannons. In this form, if you're having fun, you may stay as we can still perform bisumaton techniques and earth/fire. So it's up to you.

Retreating back to his normal physical composition, he would continue the lesson.

Now, this one is special. It combines two fields, bisumaton release and sealing arts. I hope you know how tags work because this technique is based around it. We use the tag concept, place it on any object that is physical within our reach. Within this tag lies a massive amount of the element that will replace the inside of what we placed the tag on. Important to know, the outside layer of the object remains the same. This means its a stealthy tag. It can also be placed on humans, killing them in two turns unless the seal is removed.

(Bisumaton/Fūinjutsu: Mākuobuinfamī | Bismuth/Sealing arts: Mark of Infamy)
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: This technique is based on sealing tags capability of storing chakra and apply it wherever it is placed through tags. The user places a tag on any solid object that is within their reach. This tag is infused with huge quantities of liquid bismuth. When the seal is placed on a specific solid object(could be on anything), the user then performs a seal to act as the trigger. This activates the seal and tranforms the interior of the object that the seal is places on and replaces it with liquid bismuth, however, the exterior of the affected object remains the same. This is a perfect deception technique that can very well be placed on the ground, activated, and as soon as someone steps on the surface it will burst and entrap their feet in hot bismuth. The tag contains enough bismuth to affect objects that are 10 meters long. If used on a human, their entire interior will graduately start to become heavier and they will feel extreme pain as the liquid bismuth starts to spread inside of them. If the seal is not removed within two turns after its activated it will kill the target. The seal can be placed on enemy tools or weapons to destroy them from the inside. The seal itself is A rank but the quantities of bismuth stored in the seal and the damage it seals is S rank. Only four seals can be used per battle and once it has been placed, the user cannot use bismuth techniques above A rank until one turn after the seal has been activated.

Note: Can only be taught by Skorm.

Alucard placed the seal on a nearby rock and performed a single seal, turning the rock to a container of liquid bismuth. Alucard then threw a rock at it, demonstrating the technique as the rock pierced through the thin solid crust of the rock, revealing the liquid bismuth now residing in the rock like lava in a volcano.

Returning back to her normal form Faye would then proceed with the next technique. After watching her boss do the technique she would walk over to a large boulder and place the seal on it. The inside of the boulder would be turned completly to liquid bismuth but would remain intact on the outside.
Walking back to where she was standing she would then pick up a small rock and using chakra she would throw the rock through the boulder. From the hole bismuth would slowly begin pouring out.

Good. Let's keep the efficiency up. Next up is a conversion technique and really requires on perfect chakra control. While you're in the process of forming a solid or a liquid technique from any element or ability this one can be combined with it. It cannot be combined with energies or intangible objects. When combining this with solids, it will melt the material down and become a part of the original technique. If combined with a liquid, it superheats it and adds additional damage to both solids and liquids because of the infusion. Important to note, however, this infusion DOES NOT provide S/W of Bisumaton but then original technique keeps its own S/W. IE, if infusing this with water, the water technique would NOT become strong to earth but instead keep being weak to it. Keep that in mind.

Alucard would demonstrate the technique by first concentrating one of his bloodline traits, Shikotsumyaku to form a bone dragon from his own body using his own skeleton as a source. While he did this, he performed a single seal, infusing the dragon and making it become a mixture of superheated molten bisumaton and bones.

( Hone Doragon ) - Bone Dragon
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: A (S)
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 30 (40)
Damage Points: 60 (80)
Description: The user manipulates his Shikotsuyamku technique to an advanced state in which they produce a bone dragon from their body itself which can be used to bind opponents near them or at a distance once it's sent towards them. Using further manipulation, bone spikes can grow from the Dragon's body to pierce the enemy or can be shot from its mouth. The Dragon is no larger then the user's own size.

(Bisumaton: Shakunetsu no Aibu | Bismuth Release: Scorching Caress)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: N/A
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: Scorching Caress is an infusion technique designed in order to amplify the nature of other techniques. Namely the addition of molten bismuth into other solid material and or into liquids. The user will forge a sole hand seal while in the process of making another technique (aka done in the same timeframe). Once this is triggered, the original technique – which this applies namely to solid elements such as earth/earth-based CE/AE that normally melts under the sheer heat of molten bismuth. The additional infusion of chakra therefore causes the solid material to melt down, becoming an amalgamation of the element and liquid bismuth however in the case of liquids, it instead superheats the liquid in question by infusing a mass amount bismuth into it. This in turn allows the technique to operate as it was originally intended to do but with some key differences, the first is technique now its mixed with the bismuth (in the case of solids), though it doesn’t gain its strength and weaknesses, nor can the Bismuth within the targeted technique(s) be manipulated by the user in any way, and also an increased in potency. This potency is namely an increase in the techniques defensive and offensive capabilities, alas offensive techniques gain an additional increase in rank by +1 for A rank and below techniques, while S rank and above gain a +20 DMG increase. Defensive techniques gain the same type of boons however in the case of S ranks, it gains the ability to defend against techniques one rank higher than normal instead. It also comes at sustained cost of 10 chakra points per turn in order to keep the applied technique in its molten state. This technique can only be used four times per battle, with a two turn cooldown between uses.

With the bone/bisumaton dragon created, Alucard needed to fuel it with chakra constantly to keep the infusion in place.

Please demonstrate this one with a creative combo.

Faye would begin by channeling earthen chakra and then slamming her hand into ground, as she did this she would perform a single handseal whilst channeling bismuth into the same area. From the ground would rise a stone golem however, unlike the a regular stone golem, this one would not only look different as veins of bismuth run across its entire being.

(Doton: Dai iwa Kyojin no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Great Stone Golem Technique
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long (made within Short, but reaches up to Long)
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: The user creates an even larger, much stronger version of Earth Release: Stone Golem Technique. However, unlike the smaller version, the user creates this stone golem solely from the ground. In order to do so, they slam a hand on the ground and manipulate it until a giant warrior hewn from stone has taken form, which then can be controlled so long as the user continues to keep in physical contact with either it or the ground. Naturally, they must continue to fuel the technique with their chakra. While the height of the golem can reach up to 30m, it has a capacity for moving quite fast that belies its hulking stature.

With the large stone golem infused with the Bisumaton chakra it clearly looked like the once glorious creation Alucard tried to do long ago but with a meteor..

Did you though? Shikotsumyaku is strong to earth - our techniques in this scenario would cancel eachother out and you spent the most chakra huehue.

He was having some fun with his pupil but a serious face was then applied to him.

Right, these last two techniques are on a severely grand scale so really watch yourself while performing these in the future. They are devastating..

Alucard performed three handseals which would ignite the sky itself, making it rain but water would not fall. Droplets of molten bismuth would be concentrated on an area long-range away from him and Faye for safety measures. Since he lacked sourceless materialisation he needed to create a massive pillar behind him which reached out and created the technique as a source. The destruction of the technique was quickly demonstrated as the liquid bismuth would ignite trees and other things in the area of focus.

(Bisumaton: Ōame | Bismuth release: Heavy Rain)
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra: 40(-20/turn)
Damage: 80/turn
Description: The user performs three handseals and ignites the skies by channeling bisumaton chakra into the skies above them. Standard sized droplets of molten bismuth will start to rain down on the field from Mid-Long range of where the user is, and the user cannot adjust the size or location of the droplets. This can be done with or without sourceless materializing although if the user does not have that specialty they will need to form a gigantic pillar of molten bismuth that they stretch out from behind them and let go as it reaches the skies and expands into a barrage of rain. The only real advantage the user gets if they possess the sourceless materializing is the element of surprise. While this technique is ongoing, the user is limited in terms of that they can perform. This limits them to only using fire, wind and earth as well as KGs/AEs/CEs based on either one of those elements. Regular skills are not affected although no forbidden techniques. Each droplet of the rain causes extreme pain and will sink through the skin, flesh and bones through any limb or body it hits until it has passed through. Each drop falls faster than that of regular rain as bismuth is by far heavier and denser making the technique almost unavoidable, but it is still possible for the user to catch sight of the rain long before it actually makes contact with them. The user can only use the bismuth to form techniques from the bismuth or to create more bisumaton techniques only once the bismuth has hit the ground. This technique can only be used twice per battle and can stay on the field for two turns while it requires a two-turn cool-down. The user can only use two other moves while this is active.

Note: Can only be taught by Skorm.

..This is arguably the strongest technique of the element so far. You see the destruction i am creating and while i can keep the technique up, i am limited of what i can use in terms of ninjutsu same as with Abiogenesis. If you decide to master bisumaton beyond me you can do this technique without having to create the pillar behind you but it's up to you.

Alucard quickly ended the technique before it would create a wildfire. He looked towards Faye.

Perform the technique, be careful though. It's suicidal if used wrong.

I'm not really sure I should do this but alright. Here we go.

Faye would turn around so her back is facing Alucard. She would then focus bismuth chakra far from them manipulating it to burst upwards as a giant pillar the rainbow covered liquid. As the pillar reaches the sky it would expand into a barrage of rain, the rain would fall off in a distance far away from both her and Alucard. She would not do this for long however as she was worried about doing alot of damage.

Not the first time i've heard those words, it takes courage to master this element. Believe me.

Alucard gathered up a massive amount of chakra and performed 5 handseals. It was the pinnacle technique that was going to finish the training session - Apocalypse Now.

(Bisumaton: Jigokunomokujiroku | Bismuth release: Apocalypse Now)
Type: Offensive
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra: 50
Damage: 90(-10 to user)
Description: One of the most devastating techniques in the arsenal of liquid bismuth but a rather simple technique in itself. The user will form 5 handseals; Monkey - Horse - Serpent - Ram - Bird. As the last sign(Bird) forms, they will stomp the ground and channel a massive amount of liquid bismuth into it. The ground will then evaporate and explode rapidly in all directions while a huge stream of liquid bismuth will flow straight upwards and spread all across the battlefield like a huge fountain of hell. The amount of chakra it takes to create the technique takes a toll on the user and will thus leave them slightly damaged by a chakra recoil. They will also not be able to use any other liquid bismuth techniques for 3 turns. The remains of the liquid bismuth of the initial technique will remain on the battlefield, dormant like a huge molten graveyard. The spread of the torrent can reach up to 15 meters in the air and spread out in a diameter of 25 meters. The user will of course direct the torrent away from themselves and either let it hit everything or direct it to a specific target. This technique can only be used once per battle.

Note: Usable once per battle.
Note: No Bisumaton techniques the following three turns and no techniques above S-rank of the elements composing Bismuth during the same time.

This technique created a massive stream of molten bismuth. The toll it took to create this technique would impede his future usage of Bisumaton for a long time but it was fine since it was the last technique in the list.

This one is self-explanatory and i will let you look at the impact of this technique. Perform when ready and you will have completed your training.

Once more Faye would turn around and begin to perform 5 handseals; Monkey - Horse - Serpent - Ram - Bird. This causes the ground explode in all directions while a huge stream of liquid bismuth would flow straight upwards and spread all across the training area.
Beautiful destruction.
She would make sure to direct the torrent away from her and Alucard so as to not burn them. After this she would bow at her boss in gratitude.

If there's nothing else I'll be off, the Vex won't investigate themselves.

If there's nothing else I'll be off, the Vex won't investigate themselves.

As per training complete i will require 5K kumi from you.
