Batman needs to be renamed BatGod. He's been so overhyped in the last 3 decades it's ridiculous. Notice that Batman is allowed to beat anyone with "prep time" but none of his opponents ever get prep time.

Batman. He made sure to make a way to defeat every member of the Justice League in case one of them became evil, except Wonder-Woman...since apparently she has no known weakness like Kryptonite.

Superman Prime isn't part of mainstream DC. It was an alternate universe/timeline from what I understand. So that doesn't count
Here is the tool to stop the flash according to Batman. Also I don't think the Flash knows his identity to go back in time and kill him when he was a child.

Provided that the rod is near the Flash when he is using the speed force, however Wally has no idea where Bruce is, so I assume that Bruce isn't near and he can still use his powers freely.
You are right, it was Barry who knew Batman's real identity. No idea if Wally knows it, however if Wally travels ahead in time when Bruce already passed away, wouldn't that count as a victory? Otherwise Batman takes it neg difficulty.

Well then it's not really a fight is it? Wally wasn't the cause of Batman's death and just ran away, letting Bruce live on till death claimed him.
So in that scenario, Batman would've won.

Flash can't win.
In 3 months batman can recreate the serum that created zoom. - the batman has control over time.
Giving anything more then a day prep and access to regular resources is like giving thanos the infinity gauntlet.
