Superman Prime isn't part of mainstream DC. It was an alternate universe/timeline from what I understand. So that doesn't count

Provided that the rod is near the Flash when he is using the speed force, however Wally has no idea where Bruce is, so I assume that Bruce isn't near and he can still use his powers freely.

You are right, it was Barry who knew Batman's real identity. No idea if Wally knows it, however if Wally travels ahead in time when Bruce already passed away, wouldn't that count as a victory? Otherwise Batman takes it neg difficulty.

Well then it's not really a fight is it? Wally wasn't the cause of Batman's death and just ran away, letting Bruce live on till death claimed him.

So in that scenario, Batman would've won.
