Perhaps there will be some kind of combination in Jutsu and natural ability in one of the five.

Perhaps Raikage - since no one thinks he's going to die.

He captures & seals Madara in some way and then dies in the process leaving B to become Raikage ... or maybe not ...

time will tell however before pain went into konoha and destroyed it in one move and kill thousands of its ninja people would of said that there was no way on earth Nagato could do that but he did so i think Madara will win in some form like kill tsuande or raikage and get sealed either way its going to be epic

madarahas a chance to take them on he has a rinnegan with insane abilties so he could possibly win since from just one fire tech of his is abnormally strong so madara chances are pretty good.
