There's definitely something more to Wonderweiss. Otherwise, why in God's name would Aizen keep him around?! xD
Aizen needs Wonderweiss for something. At first, I'd say that Wonderweiss was part of Aizen in a way similar to Starrk and Lilinette, but Aizen wouldn't send Wonderweiss to the front lines of an intense battle with the strongest members of Gotei 13 if that were the case.
Wonderweiss was, however, sent to this battle, so he's got to have some capability when it comes to combat. The fact that he has a gigantic monster BEHIND HIM leads us to believe that he's in control of that monster.
He's definitely stronger than he seems to be, and yet it seems he's being used as a "last resort" kind of thing by Aizen, or as an "ace in the hole". It's late in the battle, and many of Aizen's fraccion and espada have died. The fact that Wonderweiss is only being brought in now shows that his power is one that can turn the tide of battle, and one that shouldn't be overused, for some reason.

true aizen has something to do with ww and that ww is a vasto lorde.......but it really makes me wonder what type of power he has to be a last resort

maybe bcz he is special O_O and shinigamis cannot kill special hollows
i think that wondervise has a special ability to track huge powerfull hollows O_O

Wonderwiess is sooo a VL! It would be like a secret weapon, but I'm super mad at Rangiku, because she could've fought him in the diversion attack, but she didn't.

I honestly think that everyone is overestimating WW
Sure, he put a hole through Ukitake, and he fought on par with Kisuke, but only through the element of surprise, both times i've seen him in combat, he's attacked from behind, Kisuke was startled, and probably didn't use full power, and Ukitake was too focused on Stark and the massive hollow in front of him to notice, i think he's just a support, he's not stronger than hali, barry and stark, cause as you can see, even after Soi Fon and Hitsugaya used their best moves, Hali and Barry are unscathed.
I swear WW is just going to keep his distance, and use supportive powers, whilst occasionally trying to go in for a sneak attack, that, or Kisuke will show up, and pwn his ass.

i do think ww is vl but i doubt its aizens strongest because here
he creates ww
and i dont believe that 50% of the hougyoku went to ww
