Well considering none of the kids knew Naruto had the 9 tails, they all acknowledged him as a person lol only Iruka took the time to get to know Naruto on a deeper level due to Hiruzen wises words. Naruto first felt like he wasn't the only one to feel the way he did (lonely) when he met Sasuke so no Hinata doesn't go in the category when all the kids seen Naruto as a kid, Hinata like most of the kids didn't play or hangout with Naruto. Naruto played with Shikamaru, Choji, and Kiba here and there like when they got in trouble by Iruka and all ran away but that's about it.
