I go for the 1st, because im a big ass fan up woodstlye, and from what we saw, he also has fire stytle also, Earth,Water, and Fire.

yes but lets not forget the second hokage has some kind of space and time ninjutsu that might level the playing filed.

We Know Hashirama has Earth and Water techniques (due to Wood) however we don't know of S-T ninjutsu. He has Wood release mastered to an extent where we can't even use Yamato's skills as a fair comparison. He fought and defeated Madara, who at the time had EMS and the Kyuubi, and he has the ability to take control of several Bijuu. Although he can't actually use the Bijuu in a battle like this that ability is rather irrelivant.
Tobirama has unsurpassed water techniques (could be argued that Kisame could match his) so his Water techniques would surpass his brothers. Tobirama has S-T ninjutsu, Sword of TG (unless you want to exclude fillers), and Edo Tensai (to an extent, uncompleted but still probably usable, seeing as the Kage that commented on it, recognize the jutsu so it can be assumed that it was usable to a certain level and further improved by Oro and Kabuto).
Really we're going based on hype for both as we've only seen them fight as Edo summons and not at full power. We've only heard of what happened with Hashirama vs. Madara. We've heard of less of Tobi. I personally like Tobirama more and he has a enough skill to at least critically harm his brother if not kill him, and the same can be said the other way around for Hashirama.
As it stands we can't come to a fair conclusion however I bet most will say Hashirama because his hype is higher and most see him as the strongest Hokage and never have I seen a thread where one discused Tobirama as a possibility for the strongest Hokage. He's usually fourth on the Hokage lists I see so most are going to go with Hashirama but it can't be concluded and a lot of favoritism is going to play into this.

the second was killed by the two brothers that had eaten some of the nine tails chakra and could transform into the 4 tails he couldnt fend off those guys and the 1st beat the 9 tails and madara at the same time...

he was killed by seven kumo nin not the silver and gold bro's and he is compareable to the first hokage he wasn't made second hokage for nothing the surpasser of the first he should be on par with the first and thrid.

Check yourself my friend they left Tobirama near death they didn't kill him. Tobirama was killed by the Kinkaku force of Kumogakure during the first great war. The two bros could've been part of the force before but since they defected before the war they weren't. Also it was unclear if the two brothers had died or not during their fight with Tobirama and Nidaime Raikage. Tobirama does not suck compared to the other Kage, you're underestimating him severly.

i agree with the fact the 1st 3rd and 4th are stronger but he doesnt suck compared to them he can give any of them a hard time in battle
I think that this is a huge problem not jsut on this topic but on every one.

don't under estimate Tobirama. he is also senju that fought along side his brother and also fought against madara and his brother who both had MS and probably fought madara EMS. dont forget he was said by danzo to be the strongest shinobi in the village after his brother died and had to be on the same level as the 1st Hokage. he is very very skilled at tracking as stated "Tobirama could detect the presence and number of enemy shinobi" how many skilled shinobi can do that. he was also killed in using Space–Time Ninjutsu and created the most beasted forbidden jutsu Summoning: Impure World Resurrection that even madara wanted to learn how to use. i mean the 2nd has to had great knowledge to bring the dead back to life. you gotta give the guy credit. he had a great legacy for creating the Academy, ANBU that the ninja world and all 5 villages use today. To me the 1st and 2nd are Equals so it will be very very hard to decided who would win since they are brothers and have been fighting together since child hood days and know nothing but war. im pretty sure they know each other moves and how to counter one another which would obviously end in a stale .
so just saying the 1st will win is insane with out even thinking about ok they are brothers and been fighting along side for years maybe the 2nd could hold his own or even defeat him.
