Terrain: Konohagakure Training Grounds, three training logs behind you and behind me, there are two ponds to each side, and a 7 meter width and 10 meter long strip between us. Five meters behind the training logs is a ring of trees that form a sort of arena neither of us are able past that (The entire arena has a radius of 10 meters). Each pond has a radius of 5 meters.

Mugen was in the training field with a young boy a few meters ahead of him, he had a dog with him and the entire scene seemed a little unusual. Mugen had heard of the boy's clan the other day while in the village strolling about. They were a fierce ninja clan that used dogs to assist them in battle, however that was all that he had heard. He was sure that wasn't all the young Inuzuka possessed, but he would have to find out in the battle that was about to begin. Now ten meters in front of the boy Mugen walked forward a meter, and tilted his head to the left, "How bout we get started???" As he said this he reached into his ninja pouch and released a kunai launching it at the boy's head, while he used his other hand to throw two shuriken at the dog's head and front left leg.

It was a sunny day in Konoha, Kiba and Akamaru were at the training field relaxing and enjoying the weather, when a young man approached them, Kiba knew he wanted to fight so he prepared himself in a defensive stance. Kiba and Akamaru were standing right next to each other, when the young man spoke.
Kiba noticed him reaching into his ninja pouch, so he quickly told Akamaru to move back a little.
As Akamaru was walking back, the man started the fight by throwing multiple Kunais and shurikens towards Kiba and Akamaru. Kiba quickly countered with 3 Shurikens himself, deflecting the weapons that were thrown at him before they reached him. All of a sudden, one of the Kunais exploded, spreading mist between Kiba and his opponent.
"Did you really think such an attack was going to be effective?" Kiba said as he threw a smoke bomb between him and his opponent blocking their vision. But Kiba is from the Inuzuka Clan, he can smell his opponent's scent and spot him without the need of his eye sight. As soon as the smoke poped, Kiba quickly moved with Akamaru a little bit to the left while channeling lightning chakra on his hands, incase his opponent tried to send an attack at where he was standing before the smoke bomb poped, while remaining behind the smoke. He then quickly slammed his hands on the ground below, releasing a surge of lightning that headed towards his opponent. As his lightning jutsu was traveling towards his opponent, he started running towards him too with Akamaru, making sure not to go through the mist that his opponent used incase it was poisoned. As he was running, he grabbed two flash bombs and hid them in his sleeves and then performed 3 hand seals while channeling chakra to his hands. As soon as he went through the smoke he dropped one of the flash bombs near his leg so it doesn't blind him when it pops, expecting his enemy to see the first flash bomb and to close his eyes, he would then drop the second one near his leg that would pop as soon as his opponent opens his eyes again. As soon as the second flash bombed poped, he released the lightning jutsu from his hands, the jutsu would travel to his opponent, electrocuting and paralyzing him, which opens the chance for Akamaru that was running near Kiba to charge towards him and finish him off with a bite to the neck. Kiba kept his hands charged with lightning chakra for any necessary counters.

Mugen smirked as the dog moved to the left, at the owner's command. However he had a surprise coming towards him, as the man pulled out a kunai, Mugen produced earth, and molded it into four spears, throwing them all at the boy's legs and his companion torso.

Description: This technique allows the user to take a small chunk of rock and turn it into the shape of a staff. The user can then use it as a melee weapon or throw it with pinpoint accuracy at their opponent. A variation of this technique allows the user to create several staffs and launch them at the target, but with less accuracy.

He threw them as the boy launched a smoke bomb of some of some sort. Mugen decided he would hide underground using the ground as cover, the smoke bomb should hide his scent if the boy were truly a dog like human being. As he traveled threw the ground in arc, in an effort to evade any attack the opponent might launch. To Mugens luck, he managed to evade two of the attacks the boy had launched, thanks to the fact that he could sense what happened whilst he was underground.

(Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

Upon reaching his opponents location he grabbed his leg dragging him down further into the ground.

(Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique

As soon as he dragged his opponent down, Mugen erupted from the ground launching 2 kunai at the dog and 2 at the boy, at both of his eyes.

When Kiba moved left with Akamaru, he noticed Spears coming through the smoke to where he was standing before he moved.
*I knew it.* Kiba thought to himself.
After he released his first jutsu to the ground, he suddenly no longer could smell his opponent.
Kiba took defensive stance as he knew this was probably a trap of some sort to lure him from behind the smoke. He quickly focused chakra around himself forming an armor of lightning that would shock anyone that would touch him.
He ran carefully around the smoke to find nothing, he analyzed his surroundings, and couldn't find any place for his opponent to hide, unless he ran towards the trees, which he doubted since he would have smelled him. This only meant one thing, his opponent somehow managed to hide underground or underwater probably.
"Underground.." Kiba told Akamaru, when all of a sudden two hands emerged from below him and tried to grab his feet in an attempt to pull him down, but all his opponent got was electricity due to Kiba's lightning armor. As his opponent was paralyzed underground with only his hands showing, Kiba quickly took out a kunai and pulled him up, and then threw him on the ground near him while the kunai was pointed at the young man's neck and also Akamaru's claws on his stomach.

"This is over, surrender or i will feed Akamaru your body." Kiba threatened his opponent calmly.

I made some edits to prove to you that it wouldn't matter if i knew you were hiding underground or not, your hands would still grab me, leading to you getting electrocuted.

As Mugen traveled underground and suddenly felt a surge in chakra above him, it seemed that his opponent had coated himself in some lightning, Mugen could hear the crackling lightning, and feel the energy. Mugen could also hear his opponent speaking to his dog. "Underground" the young Inuzuka had said to his loyal Ninken, Mugen decided he would change up his plans. He went behind and under the dog, and dragged him by his hind leg underground. He then emerged with his sword unsheathed behind the fang marked boy, with one hand he stabbed the sword into the brain of the dog, with the other and launched an paper bomb at the back of the opponent, in an attempt to disrupt his jutsu, separate him from his dog and burn his back.

Kiba had a guess that his opponent was underground, as he was warning his companion Akamaru, 2 hands emerged from under Akamaru to pull him down. All Kiba could do to save his companion, is to substitute himself with Akamaru.
As Akamaru was halfway down, He managed to do so, but he was halfway down in the ground instead, and his opponent halfway up. Luckily, Kiba had his lightning armor on himself, which was the reason why his opponent wasn't able to pull Kiba all the way down, is because he was paralyzed by the lightning.
Akamaru who was substituted with Kiba, quickly went for the neck of the young man, biting and finishing him off, and then helping his friend Kiba out of the ground.
"Nice try.." Kiba said while looking back at the corpse of his opponent.

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

We can continue from there, but I think you forfeited so I'll just ask if I can learn your lightning technique when I get the chance, I'm not taking the custom, just learning it.
