In that particular instance, the fire chakra would be drawn to the high concentration of wind chakra (the Rasenshuriken) and thus would burn off Naruto's hand xD

This was one a Kakuzu's Wind Mask jutsu, all you need to do it gather a massive amount of wind chakra, perform the Ram hand seal and then release a Highly pressurises blast of wind which you'll manipulate to rapidly expand to take out all in your path.

This can only be done with a giant fan such as Temari's. Charge your wind chakra into the fan and then swing it at your target, releasing a giant vortex of wind to lift your target up into the air, where they will be zapped by three bolts of lightning... You'll have to end some lightning chakra up there to make the lightning bolts, but you get the gist xD

How you would use it in battle: I would use it in conjunction with a high rank fire jutsu with the use of a summon, (like I did in the tournament xD)

How you would counter it: I would Dig under the ground the avoid the technique completely, as it does not rip up the ground.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I weave the ram handseal as I inhale deeply and convert my chakra to Fuuton, I then exhale my breathe violently creating a ferocious hurricane wind force able to destroy and rip apart all in its path.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I take out a fan, and begin to focus my chakra into it while I convert my chakra to Fuuton as I swing it with great force to whirl my opponent into the air in a vortex utilizing my Raiton chakra in the air to strike him with three bolts leaving him to land on the ground sizzling in black smoke.

Your first counter... going underground in plain sight of your opponent? I'd be sure to make a nice swamp for you... or if I still had Dodai, I'd turn the ground into lava O__O'

Think of another one, fire is the obvious choice so stay clear of that. You could consider making some protection for yourself using an earth wall or something, then use that to ready another jutsu.




Countering the second jutsu, you'd just try your best to block the wind released from the fan. Blocking the wind directly, consuming it etc.

Try something based on that.

Well, I figured with the intense wind and the size of the technique my opponent could not see me o__o

Counter 1: I would then erect an earth wall of equal power and prepare for a counter using doton, since the chakra is already being used for the wall.

Counter 2: To block the wall, I would focus my doton chakra to use the Great Stone Golem Jutsu, to hide behind so it can take the brunt force.

Wind Pressure Damage is just a high pressure wind current (in a sense). So you can still see through it, things will just be distorted by the fast wind currents... and if you just stand there trying to make sense of things... you'll be dead xD

How you would counter it: I would counter by raising my self to a higher ground with a doton jutsu, too not be taken a sucked in.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I focus my chakra and the convert it to Fuuton, focusing in the center of the area mid range of my opponent and begin to swirl my chakra violent and then begin to add cutting properties to the wind. Great slashing whomever it comes it contact with.

One of Danzou's jutsu.

Three hand seals, and then inhale a deep breath of air, using your wind chakra to suck in more than normal. This will create a slight vacuum in front of you. Release small 'bullets' of air about the size of shuriken, with such high pressure that they will literally rip through flesh... or my clone...

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I focus my chakra into my lungs and quickly convert it to fuuton charka, as I inhale. And then exhales in swift busts multiple bullets of wind to be accurately projected at my opponent.

This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.

Wave your giant fan and release your wind chakra to form two tornado's (Wave you fan twice) the first one is just a simple tornado to suck in your foe, the second tornado is made of slicing wind that will merge with the first tornado and rip your target to ribbons.
Seven hand seals are required if you don't have a fan.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I focus my chakra into the sky and convert it into violent fuuton chakra to create a stormy environment and concentrate on my opponent and send down the concentrated wind at once in the form of an F-5 Tornado

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I swiftly weave 7 handseals, and concentrate my chakra and then converting it to Fuuton chakra creating two separate tornadoes that then mesh together and then engulf my opponent.

Okay, the first jutsu has WAY more disadvantages beyond the obvious "Does not reach to long range"...

Same with the second jutsu and it's advantages beyond the obvious "Can be used with a fan"...

The first jutsu is pretty ill described in the first place... I suppose it also can not reach opponet underground ...

Also for the second since the technique is close range it leaves less space for the opponet to counter especially when used with fan.

The first jutsu has enough description for you to understand it O__O'

Your chakra, creates dark storm clouds in the sky, from them your chakra will form a slicing tornado anywhere within range O__O'

Now, I can see a disadvantage from the very initiation of the jutsu and another with how it is formed.

Think about it and try again, only for the first jutsu.

The darkening of the clouds in the sky would give the technique being used away, thus not being so subtle and letting the opponent know. And I would take it due to the power of this technique it would take a while to preform, leaving even more time for the enemy to counter.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I take out my war fan, and focus my fuuton chakra into it while then swinging it creating a horizontal ragging tornado to pick my opponent up into the air trapped inside of it. I then control it with my fan and slam my enemy to the ground.

The user will then pound thier stomach to increase the pressure as they release a huge spiraling sphere of wind, which is strong enough to do major damage to even a Summoning like Gamabunta.

This is the one Shukaku used against Gamabunta after the Chunnin exams. Perform the hand seals (Gaara will not need hand seals) as you inhale and gather your wind chakra. Slam your hand on your gut to release the compressed wind in your lungs, forming a large sphere as it is released.
