I called Uryu awhile ago and it seems more apparent now so I'ma stick with my original 5th and say it's Orihime. Every war needs a medic corps. and Orihime is as good as squad 4. Uryu is the only one Bach will "get" and to the guy who said Uryu is strong as Bach now, no. I like Uryu but he was chosen for strategy not because he is equal to Bach.
