Kazuto, with his Byakugan activated watches as the earth around him rises and waits until the earth leaves Vayne to have lost sight of Kazuto. Using Vayne being unable to see him to his advantage Kazuto leaps backward and channels earth chakra across his body, phasing through the back-side of the dome, this effectively increases the distance between Vayne and Kazuto to long-range while as far as Vayne knows Kazuto would still be inside the dome.

Kazuto, hidden behind the dome then forms a cross-shaped handseal, creating two clones, one to either side of him. The clone appearing to Kazuto's left is named 'M' and the clone appearing to Kazuto's right is named 'B'. Both clones them begin sprinting in an outward arc towards Vayne. 'M' runs past the left side of the dome while 'B' runs past the right side of the dome.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.
While running forward the two clones unleash a continious barrage of kunais while running directing every single kunai towards Vayne and while they are doing so Kazuto stomps his foot onto the ground, creating a hole infront of him which forms a tunnel and ends up below Vayne. Kazuto then expels a stream of fire into the tunnel and upon forming a single handseal fire, which due to mixing with the underground earth has turned into lava erupts from below Vayne's feet.

Description: The user first stomps on the ground, making an underground tunnel form between themselves and the opponent. They then breathe out fire into the tunnel, causing the fire to turn into lava as it travels. With a single hand seal, the lava will erupt from the ground underneath the opponent, engulfing them in lava.
As you emerge from the ground become wary of your location due to the sensory rain technique so I swiftly cause the earth beneath you to rapidly drop 20 meters into the ground, it has a length starting from your current location reaching 3-4 meters behind you.As the two gigantic sections of rock emerge from the ground Kazuto realizes he's in trouble and is in no position to look after his clones so without a moment's hesitation Kazuto channels earth chakra throughout his body and phases into the ground below him. As the two sections of rock slam into one another all clones inbetween are smashed, leaving only Kazuto and Vayne. Kazuto then moves backward through the ground, ending up roughly a meter away from the mountain which is inbetween Vayne and Kazuto, both standing on either side of it.(I suppose you're like short-range away from your side of the mountain, keeping it's size in consideration)

Kazuto then slams his hands against the mountain before him, through this motion he causes several massive pillars to erupt from the opposite side of the pillar, emerging in a horizental direction straight towards Vayne. Each pillar is tremendous in size and would cause a shockwave-like effect to anyone and anything within a short-range distance as they emerge.

Description: This jutsu causes gigantic pillars of rock to forcefully emerge from the ground. This is a even greater scaled Earth Release: Rising Spikes and is large enough to impale a summoning technique.
As Vayne notices you beginning to spin, he performs the ram hand seal causing the earth beneath you to begin sucking everything in it and you are at the dead center of the 'pit' this will catch you of guard and will cause you to loose your footing due to the abrupt and vast change in terrain, you will also begin to get sucked as soon as the 'pit' is formed.As Kazuto is overwhelmed by Vayne's intent to kill he clenches his teeth and tenses his muscles to remain standing and not succumbing to the fear projected into his mind. He barely manages to succeed in this and regains his composure at the time while Vayne is standing in mid-range(You said it wears off once you're in mid-range so let's assume that) and has thrown a couple of kunais. Kazuto notices the chakra in the kunais and before he has a chance to throw a kunai of his own the kunais multiply into thousands and Kazuto doesn't hesitate a moment and slides his feet in a clockwise motion, rotating on the ground exerting chakra from all his tenketsu creating a dense dome of chakra which fends off all the incoming kunais.

Description: This jutsu is a larger more powerful version of the Eight Trigrams Palm Heavenly Spin.
Kazuto then slams his palms together, creating a gushing flow of water below Vayne's feet which almost instantly expands upward in all directions in a curving motion, forming a dense sphere of water which would trap Vayne within it, giving him little freedom of movement.

Finally, Kazuto weaves a string of five quick handseals, summoning four large pillars around Vayne, each pillar is roughly ten meters high and they're all spaced evenly, with Vayne in the center of them. Upon creation each pillar releases a wave of lightning towards Vayne, binding him into place and potentially electrocuting him if he is still trapped within the water.

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals they then summon Four Giant Pillars surrounding the enemy target and then the user shoots out bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possibly doing damage to them.
As you form the rampart and slightly before you unleash the Wave I jump into the sky as I would have reached the peak of my jump you would be unleashing the wave to stop the water so I exploit this moment and transform the chidori into a lighting bolt that I through at you with great speed and due to the speed of lighting it will be very fast it travels towards you piercing you right in the hart area.As the ground begins spiralling inward Kazuto forms a single handseal, causing the ground below him to rise to it's former level negating the effect of the antlion.

Description: By performing the Tiger hand seal the user then makes a gigantic rampart rise up beneath the user's feet, by shaping the ground and increasing the amount of earth with chakra. Depending on what the user imagines, the shape of the rampart can be anything from level ground to a steep, needle-like mountain. If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.
Then as the water heads towards him Kazuto draws his sword and performs a vertical slash, expelling a red wave of chakra from the blade which collides with the water, causing both techniques to cancel eachother out.

Finally, as Vayne is running towards him with a chidori in his hand Kazuto slams his hands onto the ground, causing a massive wall of boiling water to erupt from the ground below Vayne, the wall is meters thick and roughly twenty meters wide and reaches upto a height of ten meters, making it impossible to simply 'avoid' the water.

Description:The user sends their suiton chakra into the ground, resulting in a large amount of water erupting from the ground bursting upwards into a large wall of water meters across meters thick and meters tall. The water being from deep within the ground, and thus being extremely hot, capable of causing burns, the water then begins to cascade forwards and downwards upon command, crashing down onto the opponent much like a huge wave. The size of this technique depends completely on how much chakra is used, but can be large enough to buffet a large summoning such as Gamabunta.

o_o he third technique has no range, you have to check that out.Upon noticing the lightning headed his way Kazuto simply swips his free left hand across infront of him, releasing multiple sharp blades of wind which converge into a single large scythe of wind, colliding with the lightning causing both techniques to cancel eachother out.

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.
Finally, Kazuto stabs his sword into the ground and weaves two handseals causing a mass of dense spiked spheres to rise up all around Vayne, giving him not a single opening to escape them and then upon forming another handseal Kazuto manipulates all spheres to converge in on Vayne, trapping him within one single dome of spiked spheres which portrude his skin, effectively killing him if succesfull.

Description: The user preforms two handseals, causing one and a half dozen dense spiked sphere like rocks to violently erupt from the ground, each rock having a diameter of at least a foot. The Spiked balls orbit around the enemy at mutiple angles and directions essentially surronding the enemy in a "greater orb" through their orbiting keeping roughly 10 feet away from the enemy at all times, and upon forming a second handseal, all of the rocks converge in on the enemy, crushing him inbetween he massess of spikes.

The red dot counter is invalid thus Hurr Durr I win •__•As Kazuto notices the lid which has formed above him and is dropping down towards him he slams his hands onto the ground, causing a gigantic golem made out of earth to rise up roughly two meters behind him which leans over him, covering Kazuto from the lid which in turn falls onto the golem and slides off it's back, barely affecting it's solid body. Upon creation the golem immediately brings both it's arms forward, one hand to each side of Vayne and claps it's hands together in attempt to squash Vayne inbetween the huge hands.

Kazuto then waves his left arm across in a vertical motion, releasing several blades of wind which converge into a single scythe of wind which is headed towards Vayne at a great speed. As soon as the scythe would be about to hit the golem's hands(if they're still there) the golem moves it's hands away to make way for the wind so it can slice Vayne in half.
