Merely vague concepts ... their "reality" may all be a mirage. Can we consider them to simply be living in their own world, shaped by their beliefs?

This jutsu appears to be similar to the Water Clone Technique, with the exception that after the clone has been destroyed the body will disperse into a flock of crows, which can continue to speak and maintain a physical form. As it uses crows as a medium for the chakra, it requires less chakra than the Shadow Clone Technique, while it still is able to use techniques. The capabilities of the crow form is unknown. However, Itachi was able to cast his Sharingan genjutsu while in clone form, so it is likely no more limited than other such clone techniques.

I use the wind blast not only to throw back the shuriken in your direction, but also to cut both the shuriken and any special wires I don't know about into pieces.
You now have dozens of small sharp metal pieces flying straight at you and covering a large range.
However, unnoticed to you, as my wind hits the shuriken and cuts them down, I use this chakra infused wind surrounding the shurikento do

The shuriken will fly in you direction like nothing happened, however, knowing you will either counter or evade, I manipulate the fragmented shuriken at the last possible moment (most likely right after you've done a defensive jutsu) to pursue you or deviate their trajectory to avoid any defense you might set up.
Btw, (it was about in between us when I used the wind so if you ignite it, it'll affect both of us).

At the last possible moment you disappear underground, Already having katana in my hand I channel the electrically charged chakra trough the katana
(Raiton: Jibashi) - Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder
