well hes dead. unless the theories about him stll being alive are true, thats about it. and even if he is still alive it would be a while before jiraiya comes back into the storyline

as much as i would love to believe jiraiya is still alive. i think he's really dead. when he was sinking into the bottom of the pond talking about the choice he had to make and putting his pen down and making a name for his final book. i think that kind of sums it up that jiraiya is dead.

jiraiya...is...dead *gasp* T_T he really is dead and that theory about he being the one he trapped in the frog and the other one being a clone is a lie because clones dissapear when you attack them and jiraiya recieved a lot of damage

He is DEAD...move on with your Naruto lives...We will probly get a flash back or two of him when Naruto or the fourth think of him. His death was well done too and clear. It might be a clone is a cheesy, simpleminded, in denial, bad soap opra story line.

i duno..my heart says tt he is alive but my mind says he is dead..Kishi said in the interview tt naruto needed to grow up.So i believe J-man dying is like a lesson for naruto to become better?
