If you want her back story then why don't you read about her mythology?
Madara called the ninja world "The Failed World", but Kaguya is quickly becoming a failed villain. Where's her backstory? Who is she, and why should we care? What is her relevance to the overall plot? Why is she making an army? Not going to lie, I am quickly losing interest here. This plot arc seems somewhat contrived, at least so far. It's looking more and more like Kishi wrote himself into a corner on this one.
HOPEFULLY, I am wrong.

We are almost in chapter 700, man. You should already know about Kishimoto's style of writing the backstory just before the villain's end. And let's be frank: He likes to bake the bread as slow as he can.
So, if you're losing interest already knowing that he has this pace, it would be better if you take a break from the manga and do criticism in one or two months from now.

The thing is she isn't even human. She has no emotions, no backstory. She appears to be commanded around by a black shadow with mommy issues. She is arbitrarily powerful and appears to have inexplicably owned Madara. In a word, her appearance is lame. It makes no sense, and she has literally no humanizing or compelling aspects at all.
So far I'm really tempted to just call this bad writing, and write off this manga in general. Out of respect for what NARUTO used to be, I haven't yet done so.
