Well apart from the obvious perspective flaw when you compare them like that yes, it's gigantic.

Look how many mountain ranges the debris is, and the debris compared to the explosion.
Damn. My boy going too hard in the paint. Turning mountains into literal moleholes lol.

Honestly, where the kek did you get those figures from? I've read the chapter over a dozen times again trying to see what your talking about. No idea where you would get that idea from.
I'm on a phone so I can't post scans, but I'm not saying this is accurate I'm guessing here. At one point we see sasukes susanoo with a boulder flying towards it. Sasukes susanoo is in the foreground by still it's much smaller then the boulder itself. On the otherhand when the rasenshuriken goes off the boulders are much smaller then the blast itself. I would assume sasukes susanoo is pretty big, but the boulders are bigger and then the blast bigger again.
