Well realistically sasuke susanoo looks like it's about 1/4 of the size of the boulders, whilst the blast radius of the rasenshuriken is about 1/5 the size of the boulders. If we get a shot of sasuke in susanoo you might be able to calculate the blast size from going from sasuke size -> susanoo size -> boulder size -> blast size.

Regardless it's freaking massive, naruto doesn't even have to aim just drop it within a kilometre of someone and they die.
