Naruto's perspective
NOTE: The poem is simple and "naked", like Naruto himself.
He is speaking to Sasuke, whom declared his intentions. Please read "My Revolution" aswell, a poem from Sasuke's perspective..
*With a determined look, Naruto immediatly engages his Rikudou Chakra Cloak and lifts his Sun seal hand, directing it towards Sasuke, still trying to talk him out one last time before going all out.*
Everyday ignored and hated
Mischiefing around, wishing
for attention and respect
For some reason,
my troublesomeness was tolerated.
The orange fox sleeped within me,
misunderstood and isolated.
Untill one day, I had my first fight.
You brought it's chakra,
onto the daylight.
The time passed,
You wanted more power,
I wanted more friends,
Your feelings sad and sour;
Intentions I could not comprehend.
So I went on my own journey,
With Ero - sennin and frogs
became much stronger,
Gained friends, tamed the Fox.
While you sinked deeper in
greed for more power
Started to wake up.
When you killed
Your own brother.
I forgot all about it,
when they emerged,
The forgotten Uchihas.
Fearsome power returned.
Hurted my friends, consumed
the tailed beasts, brought
us to the brink of defeat
with unseen techniques.
Hokages and my dad,
were shortly revived.
With your help
we've survived.
Beaten the crap out,
of Madara and the ol' sage's
mother.
'Cuz of you, friend
I met my own father.
Ol' granps sage
blessed us with seals
that can free our friends,
From his mother's ordeals.
But again you decided;
To blooden your hands.
Desire for revenge never
dissappeared from your mind,
but neither my guts, nor my
inner child.
Brace yourself my old friend
I'll beat some sense in you.
I will not witheld.
Your approach is wrong
We need to connect,
The shinobi world.
Spread positive feelings
That humanity has yearned.
Stop it ol' friend,
There's no need for retribution.
Let us join hands.
Do the evolution.
