The end of the gaming consoles

I don't want to be a downer, but really the era of the gaming consoles has coming to an end. Android games will soon over run all gaming consoles in the near future, perhaps 5 years from now. I-pad and Tablets will get better and better to surpass it's predecessors faster than wild fires. Soon, Sony and other manufactures will stop, if not, minimize the production of gaming consoles to divert and diversify assets on much wider array of consumers who hungers for android games.

By the end of the day, it boils down to profit. Game makers aim for better market that yields greater profit and they know too well where to find the golden pot after the rainbow.Majority of the population today have android phones and thanks to app stores, you can search and download any games there is available.

Nothing last forever, and the only constant thing in this world is change. Just sharing my thoughts people.

AHAHAHAHAHA! Allow me to put your worries to rest: No. Console gaming is NOT going anywhere, and it certainly isn't going to be over run by handheld gaming. That is fact. Hand held gaming has been around for a long time, and while the graphics may be improving, the gaming aspect of handheld gaming remains mediocre, and built around micro-transactions. Theres a reason why most handheld games are free to play, and theres a reason why console games are $60. Handheld gaming will sooner die out than console gaming.

stop it. whenever Androids can atleast over 5 years compare to a console like ps3 xbox360 Sony and microsoft already found out that we can all play togheter with whatever console you prefer like.

playing with your friend on the PC well he has a Playstation etc ... lel android never gonne make it

Did you see how the PS4 Sold 1million in 24hrs only in NA?, did you see how much the PS4 has sold globally now?, and the Xbox One as well?, And the PS Vita is dead as that handheld POS has NO GAMES. #EXPOSED. :|
