Thats unlikely, and if he was really in to make the most amount of money i don't think he'd do it that way, i reckon he'd do it a better way, like a spin off for one of the characters, like one of the hokage or the Uchiha. Not just making a retarded storyline.

But i think Naruto will defeat Madara, maybe with the help of sasuke, maybe not

naruto announces that nobody should hate sasuke or want revenge and everyone goes along with it huh. well whatever. during sasuke's attack on konoha did he not kill a single person? well thats kind of pathetic for as strong as he is.
