The EMS .

i know that to get get MS u nneed to a sensei and take a test and to get EMS u need a Madara bio and ake a taest too...

but it isnt fair that ONLY Madara can posses the EMS so i thought we can make a way to get it.....

Requirements:

1.All senseis who have an Uchiha bio can do this .
2. They must atleast have 13,100 post or more .
3.They need to have 2 tests conducted by Hellz and Goro in the 1st time and if they pass that test , they can move on the other one which is conducted by Helllz and Rei and IF they win in both of them they can EMS.
4.Not only that u need to have atleast 200 reps.



It sounds fair enough cuz nopt only Madara can have it and the EMS is a powerfull type of Sharingan and it cannot go below than this...

Though I don't get what the reps is doing there as it isn't a relfection of your reliability nor your skill.

there isn't enough known at the moment about how a Uchiha achieves EMS and its success rate. Until the time we deem that there's enough information or that it can be controlled throughly only Madara can have EMS.

and the reps have nothing to do with the rp so i don't know or understand why you thought it would be good to put it there..
