Doubt it. Makes no sense for the Strongest Thing Alive and a fellow Yonko to be completely outclassed by Shanks like that. All of the Yonko are top tiers, no top tier character is defeating another without it being extreme diff.
They most likely just had some sort of talk. I doubt there was any fighting involved.
BB backed out from a fight against Shanks during MF but had no problem fighting both Garp/Sengoku during his power-high. I don't see him becoming stronger than Shanks this early on and only during a 2 year span. He just acquired his DF and he spent most of his time claiming WB's territories and going DF hunting for his crewmates presumably. IMO BB is currently the weakest yonko, maybe stronger than Big Mam but definitely not stronger than Kaido/Shanks.
Wouldn't you agree there is a possibility Shanks is a tier above "yonkou" level (Big mom and Kaido), or at least not that, but just generally stronger? Also, I think for anything to be said we need more information of what really happened. For all we know, Shanks could have stepped to Kaido and Kaido left just because a fight with Shanks would damage him to where he couldn't finish WB. Some people say the egg is the bird Gan Fall had that Roger gave as a gift, Pierre. But I doubt that because of the size.
Yeah, the way things seem they are on respectful terms or maybe even friendly terms.
We really know nothing about Big Mom, why do people tend to put her under Kaido? For all we know she could be slightly more hax. But that's probably just my bias coming out due to me finding Big Mom's strength/power more interesting than Kaido, lol.
Well Franky said that he had the blue prints for Pluto at the time, but it's a plausible assumption non the less.
Black beard is a wild card. No one in the history of one piece has consumed 2 devil fruits and survived. Even the yonkou must be wary of him. He stopped at MF only because Shanks and his crew are not opponents he could defeat without any lasting collateral damage, so he thought it would be wise to quit. Also half his crew just came out of the prison so they were rusty. BB is the kind of man who waits until the perfect moment to make his move. Even though he might not look it but he is a great strategist.
Franky did have those blueprints, but pluton is a warship, Oro Jackson is just a really good pirate ship made by Tom. Besides, if it was pluton, it wouldn't have a problem levelling Shiki's armada.
