Unless you've come in contact with the bodily fluids of a person infected with ebola you have absolutely no reason to worry.

It cant travel through the air, and it dilutes itself in liquids ( ex: oceans)

So, unless a person infected with it spills their bodily fluid on you, you dont need to worry.

We live in a country that has proper medicine, sanitation and knows how to dispose of human remains. Right now it is kept isolated in Africa. Where it will stay unless someone weaponizes it. You have nothing to fear. And worst of all, you are embarrassing the great state of New Jersey, the place of my birth.

We might be going towards a zombie apocalypse. Only god knows what is inside those experimental drugs they are applying on Ebola infected.

On a serious note.. It is clear that the numbers are worst than what they say and i really hope that the plans they have to control this before it becomes a serious outbreak work well enough.

Ebola only manifests after two weeks, the symptoms are like a flu and it is contagious by fluids, touch and dead skin. It can be transmitted by animals to humans or humans to humans. It is a bad bad virus people and if there is an outbreak on a massive scale because someone wasn't caught at an airport we are all screwed. Borders should be closed already IN MY OPINION.

For one, outbreaks like Ebola happen only in Periphery countries because of the lack of proper medical care and poor regulation. Core countries don't face such a problem because of strict medical regulation and guidelines and public awareness (though right now, the latter is not paying off)

Two, Ebola only passes through bodily fluids, unless you've been in physical contact with an infected person, you're not going to get sick

Three, the likelihood of manufacturing and safely testing a vaccine to combat Ebola is only a year or two away, the CDC has been hard at work.

And finally, Ebola is only small faction of your concerns, you realized more people will die of Malaria today than Ebola has killed off in the last ten years? And yet you fret over a disease that appears once or twice every decade.

Ebola can travel through air they just said it,they did the test with the monkey and pig they were no way near in contact so it means they found out it travels through the air
