I discuss yurui possible powers in this thread
And here's my theory on tarui which I believe is darui daughter which means she has storm release and black lightning
Now before I give my theory of what I believe the 3rd teammates power is I will explain what I think the pattern of abilities so far are. So far if my theory is true of the other teammates there powers are advanced lightning combinations. Also boruto is yurui fighting partner who is modeled after bee narutos friend and having powers of deidara a enemy that hated sharingan users. Sarada fighting opponent was tarui sarada aspires to be hokage while tarui might be the raikage daughter and might be destined be it herself making interesting rivalry. Tarui would be assumed to be weak since she lost so badly in the movie to sarada which the movie did an injustice to her character. We know in the new generation boruto sarada and mitsuki all have a taijutsu proficiency. We seen before in the war explosion release made good for taijutsu and be interesting vs byakugan taijutsu. Past raikage used lightning release to create a special chakra mode which allowed them to fight against the 8 tails provide good fight against sarada strength of hundred powrs.

Toroi name in Japanese means slow mentally and physically which fits his character mold. Also the Japanese meaning fits tarui character mold because her name means bored. Signifying in their match in the chunnin exams they didn't use their actual powers. So based off the pattern of his other team mates he would have an advanced lightning combination and in some way correlate to his fighting partner mitsuki.
Of the two lightning combinations left not revealed in the series left is lightning and wind, and lightning and fire. I think it's going to be lightning and wind forming what I will refer to as sound release or thunder release, because mitsuki dad leads the sound ninja it be the correlation their. But also this element in some way would have to contribute to his fighting style. Like I said toroi name means slow so I believe this element will allow him to move at the speed of sound. I also believe we even secretly seen this element before in one of the naruto shippuden moves called swift release which allowed him to move at high speeds.

Like I explained tarui will definitely have storm release due to being darui daughter, but she will also have the black lightning. Now I don't believe that lightning is normal lightning, but a lightning release of the level of amateseru. In the series elements haven't been identified till later in the series, also like sasuke's amateseru he personally also nicknamed it inferno release but pretty much it's a heightened fire release. My theory on these heightened black elements are that they are the double combination of the same element. So far potentially three of these heightened base elements have debuted sasuke's inferno release, steel release which is heightened earth release and typhoon release rise a heightened wind element. It's already confirmed darui black lightning is the heightened form of a base lightning element which I personally for the time being will nickname as electruction release. Now we know a normal lightning release chakra mode is monstrously strong imagine it being used with this electruction release going up against sarada

we know yurui character is based on bee who he models himself after I see him being the new jinchuuriki of the 8 tails with added power from Samahada
