Just imagine there's a picture of an Elephant in front of you without a eye and your eyes are covered with a fold then you've to draw the eye with a marker pen then you will know what i did ?

Yeah, I wouldn't be able to read that anyways if you wrote it in proper Sinhalese alphabet. So 'Singlish' is pretty convenient. xD
Btw, Sinhalese words are pretty aesthetically beautiful to look at. :3

Yep ! you will need to learn 50 odd letters , pronunciations, how words combine etc learning that need lot of effort though speaking can be learned easily .
now i think about it hmm....... i never look at it that way seeing it always i think you're correct there
