The forum games section is active, there are a group of people who constantly post there.

After Naruto ended activity dwindled rapidly. In 2014, activity was so high that you could easily get 100 posts per day. Lol

Yeah I think if you can post once in 30 seconds it means 300 posts in less than 3 hours lmao.

It was possible in 2014 with 700 to 500 users online.

The One Piece section is fairly active. Chapter discussion threads get 20 to 30 replies.

That server has 89,000 users. I would assume 20,000 users are inactive. That leaves 60000 users (rounded out) out of which half of them, 30,000 will join this site. This means there could be up to 40,000 users online every 24 hours and 10,000 users on the online list throughout the day.

If the staff play their cards right, this could become the most active anime forum on the internet.
