This is amazing... I can't beleive you found this all out. Good work man! Really amazing. I loved how you tied every small element in. What really piked my interest was when you mentioned the Gold and Silver brothers and the Sage's tools. That and when you began to talk about what the Sage left behind for the three clans, I began to think this. The Sage had a staff we see him with in every panel he's come across. This staff was another tool he used, and like you said, he left some stuff for his kin relatives, the Uzumaki clan, as the staff most likely has something to do with the sealing of the Juubi and Uzumaki was given Fuuinjutsu. Then, after you began to mention Orochimaru, it occurred to me just how much Orochimaru truly knows about the Sage and everything else. We know Naruto is related to the Sage and by each form he gets more and more similar to him. I'm going to take a stab in the dark here and add to your theory and say that later in the manga, when it comes time for Kishi to start revealing the connection between the Sage and Naruto clearly, Orochimaru, since he knows so much, is going to return back to Uzushiogakure, where I believe the Sage left his final tool, the staff, to his parental clan, and find it somewhere, and bring it back to the only one who would be able to use it to it's full potential, Naruto; thus giving Naruto a complete Sage of Six Paths look and ability set.
