I am still not convinced on the whole lineage points and Uzumakis not inheriting anything from him as his powers were split in two. It would have been more logical for him to be Uzumaki if both Uchiha and Senju were linked to the said clan; as both of the are technically distant cousins as well. This one-sided connection of Uzumaki is what puts me off. If the manga goes down this route, then I will be disappointed as it wouldn't have any sense to me in regards to Gemini division of Sage through his two sons.

Madara killing Uzumaki clan to preserve his moon's eye plan seems quite far-fetched to me. Hence, I am disagreeing with this point altogether. Perhaps he killed/eliminated them to weaken Senju clan as both are tied by bond and create less resistance but not for the reasons you posted, as their strongest sealing Jutsu can be undone via Uchiha Tablet, I cannot see Uzumaki clan doing any than this.

But, great effort regardless.

Uzamaki come from senju if the uzamaki were the original blood line they would have been born with the eyes and body with this knowledge we know that uzamaki couldn't be the original blood like. Uzamaki are a branch of the senju so no the so6p was not an uzamaki senju or uchihas they all decended from him. Good theory tho

The Senjus and Uzumakis have the body (chakra/vitality) not the eyes, the eyes came from the Juubi.

If the Uzumakis were descendants then they would be direct/immediate relatives of the Senjus, not distant blood relatives as Kushina stated.

No the Uzumakis were called "distant blood relatives" by Kushina

what Zetsu meant by "lineage" in chapter 606 is translated accdg. to context as "kinship" or blood relative

If they were descendants of Senju, then they would be immediate/direct relatives, not distant.

finally someone made it.

the uzumaki clan i think are the first desendents before the the so6p became host and i think it was a girl which explains why the manga said female uzumakis can have special chakra/techs.

and for all the people who dont try to use their brain to put pieces to together and mindlessly say senju=uzumaki, revalidate your thinking capabilities after i say i told ya so.
