I regret to say that i had a more elaborate response to how i(still) disagree, with the naka tablet, being the SOLE catalyst, when the 2 clans, did not even stay in contact, it would be silly, to leave the key to the release in the hands of your enemy(since uzmakis were allied with senju, and the senju were enemies of the uchiha)

I looked carefully at all the manga pages, to find some reference to oro saying the naka shrine is neccesary. But there was not any.

What i did find was this page

clearly you can see that the diologue goes like this

Suigetsu"heh...so you need a jutsu to open that door?

then oro who is on the right says:" There is nothing left of the UCHIHAS nakano shrine anymore....

Then sasuke who has been inside it before, says" Appearances doesnt matter, what is important is what is down below.


Now why would they go to the naka tablet, if it wasnt needed. The answer is, so sasuke can read the tablet further after learning what he wants from the hokages, and/or it is a safe place to talk to the kages without interuption, as only an uchiha can open the door, and the only uchiha alive, are many miles away.(so basically nobody is able to get in, and they would be undetected by patrols)


So i will present a other theory, as to why oro did not use the release before he he was defeated.

This theory is simply, oro was waiting for his body switch to be ready to use, before he used the release. My theory is that he planned to use the release(ie cutting his body) and then go into sasukes body. However the problem with this,is why didnt he get the mask earlier? The answer is because if he had a random mask around, sasuke may get suspicious, and attack him early(which sasuke did anyways)

So simply oro was ambushed before he could retreive the mask, and then use the release to take over sasukes body.


I simply cannot think thatthe tablet would bethe ONLY catalyst if there was one...also the mask is what i would think is the catalyst.

do i really care if im right or wrong, no. I just find it kinda sketchy that the uzumaki would entrust a catalyst for the release of one of their strongest fuuinjutsu, that requires the user to give their life, to an enemy(uzu were allied with senju, who were enemies of the uchiha,) and since the tablet is reffered to as the uchihas tablet, i would think they had the tablet for a long time.


So again, great thread. I agree fully with all of your theories except the above, since there is a hole in it, that doesnt quite fit right.

I look forward to what new theories you think of

The thing I would add to your Brilliant work is this, That the Uchiha Tablet and the SO6P war Tools were taken away from the Uzumaki at some point and time,Like the Tablets by the Uchiha by either the Elder Son after the Brothers separated or during one of the many battles the Uchiha and Senju had over the Centuries. The Sages Tools witch the Gold and Silver Brothers had must have ben taken in the last Great Ninja war that destroyed the Uzumaki Village as spoils of war. Again thank You very much. We find ourselves at a rod now that at end of it the signs says Uzumaki.

Two halves where originally one(senju and uchiha where originally one in rikoudu)
Then the bread split into two (senju and Uchiha)
And the case of rikoudu possesing Rinnegan,its Unique to him because he houses the juubi afterall!
