1) The Scroll of Sealing, Naruto and Rikudou Sennin
Calling it the "scroll of sealing" is a stretch, given the translation we have. It seems to be more of a scroll of forbidden jutsu as opposed to a scroll of sealing jutsu. This interpretation is strengthened by the fact that it starts with shadow clone jutsu which is forbidden (because it uses so much chakra and is so dangerous) but is not an uzumaki-style sealing Jutsu. I think you're looking at the wrong thing here.
2) The Relationship of the Uchiha and Senju Ancestors to the Uzumaki Bloodline
Senju are related to Uzumaki, Senju are related to Uchiha, therefore Uzumaki is related to Uchiha. Given the fact that the Uzumaki have strong physical power like the Senju and the fact that they do not have special eyes in any way, it would seem that the Senju and uzumaki split apart from each other AFTER the death of the great sage. Saying the sage is an Uzumaki is like saying that I am my own son. Statistically there's some truth there, but it's not an accurate statement overall.
3) The Gold and Silver Brothers and their Relationship with Rikudou Sennin and the Uzumakis
We don't know where the gold and silver bros got their magical treasures, and we don't know for sure why they were able to survive eating the meat of the fox. We have only two data points: (a) that these brothers were able to do it and (b) that one other guy in the cloud village tried and died. Is that because the Kin-Gin brothers are special, or is it because that one cloud ninja was specially weak or sickly? We don't know. What we do know is that the Raikage guesses they must have been related to the So6P. But then again, All the Senju and all the Uchiha would also have been related to the So6P, so could any of them have eaten the fox meat and survived? And if the Uzumaki had split from the Senju after the death of the sage, does that mean any Uzumaki could have eaten that meat and survived?
Were there other clans besides Senju, Uchiha and Uzumaki who descend from the great sage too? Were the Hyuuga related to the Uchiha before or after the sage? Were other clans descended from them as well? How many people in the world can eat fox meat and survive? It may turn out that more people can do it than those who can't.
4) Regarding Kushina's Statements And The Uzumaki Relationship With Rikudou Sennin
Your reasoning here is based on a bad translation and equating things that aren't equal. Tobi said that the So6P developed the technique of sealing a bijuu into himself. However, the Uzumaki developed the particular 8-trigrams seal that Minato used. There's no evidence that the Uzumaki also developed the Iron Armor Seal that Killer B uses. There's also no evidence that Gaara used either of these seals, or that whatever seal Gaara did use was developed by the Uzumaki (the argument can be made that Gaara's seal was particularly low-quality because the 1-tail was able to interact with him so much and prevent him from sleeping, problems that Naruto never had and Bee has never mentioned).
I think the evidence here is that the So6P developed the concept of becoming a jinchuuriki, but various clans (including the Uzumaki) developed particular seals to do the job.
5) Rikudou Sennin and the Elder Toad Sage
This is all speculation. There's no evidence that the Elder Toad Sage ever knew the So6P, and this part of the theory really makes no sense. Because of the way Nagato and Tobi were able to use it, the better theory is that the Gedo Mazo became the So6Ps contract summon, not some toad.
6) Uzumaki Fuinjutsu and Rikudou Sennin
The moon itself is not a seal. It's just a big rock. Madara suggested that there was a seal holding the Gedo Mazo inside the moon, but that may have been a bad translation. The fact that he was able to summon the Gedo Mazo after unlocking his rinnegan only means that he gained the Gedo as his contract summon, not that there was any particular sealing jutsu to overcome.
7) Concerning the Destruction of the Uzumaki Village
This is the only valid-looking hypothesis of the entire post. Chances are very good that Madara had something to do with the destruction of the Uzumaki clan. If he needed an Uzumaki to host the Rinnegan, he would have needed to create an orphan without any friends or family, and corrupt that orphan to follow his same bleak world view. It does make good sense that Madara planned this.
8) The Relationship of the Reaper Death Unseal, the Uchiha Tablet and Rikudou Sennin
There's no evidence in the manga so far that the Uchiha tablet or anything inside the Naka shrine in general had anything to do with the reaper unseal technique. Sasuke wants answers to some very interesting questions, and the tablet certainly contains some of them. The hidden room is also a private place where they can talk to the Hokage without being disturbed by anybody else.
9) Rikudou Sennin and the Uzumaki Altar of Sealing
Most candles look alike. They're wax, they're tall and they're candles. You're reading too much into this.
10) The Uzumaki Priestly Heritage and Rikudou Sennin
You're making the argument that because in one picture the Uzumaki were holding their hands like Japanese monks do, and in one translation the So6P was referred to as a monk, that therefore he is a member of that clan? That's a BIG stretch.
11) Rikudou Sennin and Juubi Chart
So far the only relationship we've ever seen between the eyes of a bijuu and a human is that when a sharingan or rinnegan user controls a bijuu or other summon creature the creature's eyes change to look like the human's eyes. We've never seen a case where the eyes of the human change to look like the eyes of the creature.
Actually, we sort of have seen that with Naruto. When he uses fox power his eyes look like fox eyes. However, Naruto also gains other traits of the fox in those modes: fangs, pronounced whiskers, tails, claws, etc. Those traits almost always go away after Naruto releases the fox chakra (even though the chakra is still inside him). I don't think this is evidence either way.
You're suggesting that not only did the Sage gain his Rinnegan from the Juubi, but that the Juubi changed the sage's DNA in a fundamental way so that the sage eldest son inherited that eye as well? If that's the case, what powers did the Sage use to capture and seal the Juubi in the first place, if not a Rinnegan? Rinnegan/Sharingan are so far the most effective tools we've ever seen for controlling a Bijuu except MAYBE wood release, and there's never been any suggestion that the So6P or ANYBODY else has ever had wood release, including the sage.
