The Boruto manga has started bad

I mean why on earth is the new writter retelling the story from Boruto the movie? Naruto manga goes through to Naruto Gaiden, then Boruto the movie.

Why on earth did this new write change so much the design of some characters? There was no need to change the character designs at all.

I think it's because the author didn't want fans to rely on seeing the movie to understand Boruto's character. It'd be v like if the first episode of Naruto was a movie; manga-only fans wouldn't even have seen the stuff with Iruka, or b wined Naruto learn about the Kyuubi / earn his place as a Shinobi / learn Kagebunshin.

what are you talking about? The series started with dialogue and the start of a fight scene between Kawaki and Boruto. The least you can do is muster up enough patience to let Kodachi build up to what that scene was about.
