[Predictions] The body that Kabuto resurrected

Kabuto used Impure World Resurrection to resurrect the fallen Akatsuki members for Madara. He then resurrected another person, whose face we don't see. We do, however, see Madara taken aback by this person, impressed with Kabuto.

I predict that Kabuto resurrected Madara's dead brother, Izuna. It makes sense for Kabuto to do this, and it makes sense for Madara to react in the way that he did.

I would have first thought that Kabuto resurrected Shodaime, but the third Hokage already sealed Shodaime in the belly of the death god during his battle with Orochimaru.

Well there are other threads about this, but, many believe that it's Madara himself since apparently him being a shell of his former self, means that he is a ghost lol. Izuna would be surprising since the reaction on Madara's face suggest it's someone much more powerful. But who knows.

If I remember corectly Izuna has no eyes because Madara took them... so why would he be scared of him? I think he was just suprised to see that body, and I think Madara could defeat whoever was in that coffin, but as he said it would weaken him...

I don't think Madara was scared of the person in the coffin - I think he was just really surprised and kind of taken aback. Madara loved his brother, and to see him again in a semi-live state would certainly shock him.

It might also be Toka Senju. (For those who don't know, Toka Senju was a high-ranking Senju officer and a close associate of Shodaime. She was exceptionally skilled in Genjutsu.)

So he was obviously kind of disgusted and angry. If I saw someone dig up my dead, beloved brother, I would certainly have a similar reaction.

Did you guys notice the hairstyle change in Madara? I bet he is using someone else's body and the body in the coffin was his original one. Just a thought...

I agree with this. Though it does make sense that Madara would be surprised to see his brother, that would give him no reason to go along with Kabuto. Sure Kabuto would be a jerk for summoning Izuna, but that *shouldn't* give him any sway over Madara unless there's something about Izuna (or the Sharingan) that we don't know.

It's also highly doubtful that it's the Sage of the Six Paths...

It's most likely Madara's "old" body. Think about it. He would be genuinely surprised to see that someone had learned his secret, and now he wants to keep Kabuto close so that he doesn't blab that information to the ninja alliance. It makes perfect sense.

heheh, that Obito thing all over again? But still it's possible, we haven't seen Tobi use Mangekyo Sharingan yet so Tobi could be Obito and if he is, then the possibilities are endless-anyone could be in the coffin, 'cause I don't think it's a big deal is Tobi is getting scared of anyone, he's not all that good.

its madara's real body. there was a possibility that he is obito coz he showed only his right eye and the other eye was planted to kakashi but it cant be obito coz his right eye was crushed. Now only manga can xplain..
