Looks: Jinbē is a very large fellow, his skin is of the color blue just like Kisame Hoshigaki and Fuguki Suikazan. His yellow eyebrows and sideburns are distinctly shaped like those found on demons, in addition to a bulb-like nose and an angular lower lip pointing upwards. He has a lightning-shaped scar can be seen from his left side burn and reaching over his left eye which he obtained during his intensive battles. He also possesses two tusk-like conical lower fangs, the rest of his teeth from the upper and lower rows are pretty much the same, albeit much smaller. He also has a severe underbite, which makes room for his huge fangs. He has long, two-toned black hair, with two long white stripes coming from the roots over his forehead and trailing down the back, a topknot, and tuft of hair on his chin with a slight green hue. Under his pale red coat, he wears a Coral colored traditional Japanese clothing covered all over with black and white square-shaped patterns with the black and white layers alternating each other and ending with a dark square at the middle of each and every one of them. He also ties this attire up with a purple scarf like a ribbon around his waist. He is always seen with a red katana strapped to his waist.
Personality: Jinbe is a man of great pride and honor. He is also very courageous and fearless. Despite his pride, Jinbe appears to put his priorities and principles over his honor, and is not above retreating from an otherwise unfinished battle (despite being shamed or openly mocked by an opponent) if it was for the sake of the greater good.

Background Info.
History: Jinbē was born on July 18th, nine-teen years ago. Jinbē was an orphan from the Village Hidden in the Mist, Kirigakure. One day he was found roaming the streets and taken in by two wonderful people, Nami (Step-Mother), and Luffy (Step-Father). Jinbē’s parents were always watching him, making sure that he was very good and never caused mischief. Jinbē was very interested in ninjas as a child. Jinbē loved watching his parents go outside and practice water and mist techniques. Jinbē was desperate to make friends, he was tired of being this introverted, antisocial kid. One day he was walking through the village, when he saw some kids running around and he quietly, unnoticeably, watched them and tracked them throughout the village. Soon they caught on to his charade and stopped and jumped high in the air,*They were Shinobi.*was all Jinbē could think before they landed and soon he was surrounded by Academy students. Jinbē already had one friend who lived in the river area his name was Kaien.. and yet he never saw him as of late. These kids were a year older than him, being their first year in the Academy they were nine. Soon after, they become Jinbē ’s first friends.
When Jinbē turned Nine he was enrolled into the Kirigakure Academy for Training Shinobi. He was told by his parents that this is where he would learn the most basic of skills and so he did not want to be left out. He loved the academy as he began learning the techniques and what chakra can do, the power that a shinobi can have, and how someone can go from a weak little academy student to a strong prepared Jounin. Jinbē was never at the top of his class although he strived for it. When it came to make a Bushin clone and practicing our first form of Bushinjutsu, Jinbē made the clone in perfect form. Jinbē graduated the academy at number seven in the class, not in the top five, but in the top ten, he was glad that this had made such a huge impact on his life just by joining the academy.
