[Theory] The Black Zetsu is Very Powerful

also remember that the black zetsu seems to be the ultimate sensor ninja. the instant B and Naruto broke trough the island barriers he noticed it, and it looks like he isn't that close to them either.
also I noticed that when black zetsu senced this and he wanted to warn madara about this development a white zetsu poped up at madara's location giving him the intel the black zetsu had gatherd. because of this reason I do think that the black zetsu is the original and the white zetsu's are a byproduct of on of his jutsu. another indication of that is that at the kage confrence when all the white zetsu's pop up from everybody to suck theyr chakra it's the black zetsu that gives mention of using his "hoshi no jutsu" tech, not the white one that was given to sasuke to show him the way to the confrence
and when it comes to black zetsu escaping the mizkage's acid mist attack, remember that zetsu can travel through materials, through earth and stone (proven at the 5 kage confrence) so traping zetsu is not going to be that easy.
as far as attack power we have not yet seen many great things from black zetsu, only straigh forward offences on the feudal lords, but he could be holding lots up his sleave, we just have to wait and see

The Mizukage will definitely win (I know she will). There is no way in hell that the weakest akatsuki member can defeat one of the strongest kage's.

I explained in my op why I think zetsu will be able to give her a very challenging fight. Madaras not an idiot. He wouldn't just waste his black zetsu.

I've reread a bit of the manga and I've come to the conclusion that the Black Zetsu is VERY powerful. Naturally, I'll be giving some reasons and what not.

My first reason is that the White Zetsu's abilities seem to be mostly supplementary skills, rather than offensive capabilities. It seems as there are two of them, it's safe to assume that since one has techniques that effect combat in an indirect way, it's safe to assume that the other's abilities will have a very direct effect on the combat.

Zetsu, so far, seems relatively weak compared to the other Akatsuki members. The only reason the white zetsu has been effective in combat thus far is because of the sheer number of them, and their overall hardiness. Compared to virtually any of the other Akatsuki members, Zetsu is definitely lacking in the combat department based upon what we've seen so far.

Zetsu was quite confident when he was about to take on the Mizukage. In my opinion, the Mizukage is a VERY lethal enemy to encounter in battle. Her mist KGs ability to control the acidity levels of the air seems EXTREMELY hard to respond to. And I'm sure the Akatsuki is quite aware of this. So why would they be willing to sacrifice such a valuable and rare Zetsu unless they were beyond doubt that he would win?

The main reason I made this thread was because, from what I've seen, people don't seem to be very concerned about the effects that Black Zetsu may have on the Joint Force's Feudal Lord Protection group.

The black half, i'd imagine like u said he would have abilites that affect the battle directly.

Will have to wait and see how powerful he is, I highly doubt hes anywhere near pain but being as strong has at least kahashi or even gai is possible.

IMO, he'll be very effective against certain enemies, but less so against others. I mean, it seems he'd be effective against enemies who use stealth/trickery/AoE's. Due to his chakra sensory skills and his ability to go underground and all. I don't see him being adept at fighting someone who uses raw power like Gai.
