NOT a Plot Hole: In The Dark Knight Rises, not explaining how Bruce Wayne manages to get back onto the Island of Gotham after it has been cut off from the rest of the world.

Idk, it all depends when hashirama unlocked it. Yamato himself explained it was through the combination of water&earth. Hashirama probably had gainied access to those elements and found his secret later. And then again...he was ashura incarnated.

Ashura has nothing to do with Hashirama possessing Wood Release; nothing connects them other than Hashriama being Ashura's reincarnate.

But then anyone that mastered water&earth would be able to duplicate this easly.

Summary: Hashirama's yang chakra is very strong. Mokuton in essence is the KKG that the Juubi is made of. So to inherit it, one must have a very strong Yang chakra. Which Hashirama Senju possessed. (Has nothing to do with being Ashura's reincarnation).

Naruto is also his transmigrant. However, he didn't possess the Yang chakra necessary for mokuton (Kurama's chakra that is comparable to Hashirama's, claimed by Hashirama himself, is what attracted with the Zetsu, not Ashura's chakra, not Naruto's chakra.. but Kurama's). Neither has Ashura shown to possess such chakra. So it really has nothing to do with Ashura himself.. or being reincarnate.
