replace s/t with obito. kaguyas uses too much chakra.

Kaguya does have Ninjutsu; she uses chakra as a weapon, that is Ninjutsu.

The name "Ninjutsu" was given subsequently to such deed.

Ninjutsu: Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki

Kaguya was a chakra powerhouse, but in regards to Ninjutsu mastery, he was a tier above.


Taijutsu: Might Gai.

Obviously.


Genjutsu: Shisui.

Kaguya's/Madara's Infinite Tsukuyomi is that powerfull just because of the fact that they put a lot of chakra into it, but as a raw ability Kotoamatsukami is better.


Kenjutsu: Mifune.

Killer Bee had to rely on other abilities aside of his Kenjutsu ablity; Mifune, on the other hand, had a fighting style based completely on the sword.


Medical Ninjutsu: Tsunade.

I have nothing to add in.


Spying: Yakushi Kabuto.

I agree... but what about Itachi? He would be close, if not on pair.


Shuriken Jutsu: Itachi Uchiha.

Hiruzen Sarutobi had the awesome Shuriken Kage Bunshin Jutsu, but that is a mixture of Ninjutsu and Shuriken Ninjutsu, so at just raw Shuriken abilities, Itachi is better.


Tracking/Sensory: Karin.

It was tough deciding between Kaguya and Hagoromo, considering the fact Kaguya had access to every jutsu there is, including Susanoo as given.

It's was trivial between Bee and Mifune, but you're right, in pure Kenjutsu Mifune should be the best.

She might have known but she never knew what's Hashirama's chakra is, given she never met him obviously.

i think he can say about chakra levels, but clan signature and chakra nature will come with wisdom. But he can say who that chakra belongs to! And naruto's sensing is beyond all. He is able to sense evil, which nobody can!

Well it does take talent to master sensory lol

But Naruto is lazy to widen his arsenal unfortunately lmao

Both Itachi and Shisui were on the same level of Genjutsu so to speak.

But the fact Shisui had the most powerful genjutsu in Narutoverse draws the line between him and Itachi.

Unless you can name a genjutsu in Itachi arsenal that beats Kotoamatsukami.

Itachi was noted to be the most proficient in general Genjutsu. Such mastery that opponents couldn't even react to counter his illusions. No such things were said about Shisui. He has the most powerful Genjutsu, but it doesn't make him the strongest in Gejutsu's overall proficiency.
