Kenjutsu: Killer Bee

Able to use 8 swords all at once with fluent movements, not even Sharingan can follow. Bee was also able to pick up Zabuza's sword and use it as if he mastered it recently.

Medical Jutsu:

Tsunade is said to be the pinnacle of medical ninjutsu, soon to be surpassed by her own student Sakura.

Spying: Yakushi Kabuto

Was able to disguise and intrude in every one of the 5 Nations and possibly every organization without getting noticed.

Shuriken Jutsu: Itachi Uchiha

An well noted expert. Accompanied by Sharingan he was easily able to hit several blind spots dead on.

Tracking/Sensory: Karin

Her Mind Eye of the Kagura is unique. Possibly the finest sensory technique there is. By far one of the few to be able to sense chakra levels, chakra affinity, clan signature and state of being all at the same time.

And a technique that's similar to having an actual Minds Eye.

i think he can say about chakra levels, but clan signature and chakra nature will come with wisdom. But he can say who that chakra belongs to! And naruto's sensing is beyond all. He is able to sense evil, which nobody can!

Karin can only do short distances sensing while many like Naruto,tobirama,minato and that yellow haired lightning guy can do much better sensing over long distances..

Kaguya was a chakra powerhouse, but in regards to Ninjutsu mastery, he was a tier above.

Genjutsu: Shisui.

Kaguya's/Madara's Infinite Tsukuyomi is that powerfull just because of the fact that they put a lot of chakra into it, but as a raw ability Kotoamatsukami is better.


Kenjutsu: Mifune.

Killer Bee had to rely on other abilities aside of his Kenjutsu ablity; Mifune, on the other hand, had a fighting style based completely on the sword.


Medical Ninjutsu: Tsunade.

I agree... but what about Itachi? He would be close, if not on pair.


Shuriken Jutsu: Itachi Uchiha.

Hiruzen Sarutobi had the awesome Shuriken Kage Bunshin Jutsu, but that is a mixture of Ninjutsu and Shuriken Ninjutsu, so at just raw Shuriken abilities, Itachi is better.


Tracking/Sensory: Karin.
