This is who I believe the best villains from any Disney movie are.
1. The Horned King (The Black Cauldron)
Satan?
2. Scar (The Lion King)
My favorite character from a tie for my favorite movie. Scar is my favorite cartoon villain. He turned a pack of goofy hyenas into the Third Reich in one song.
3. Minister Claude Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
The epitome of religious hypocrisy. He'll get rid of every gypsy even if he has to "burn down all of Paris". He also sings one of the best, if not the best, songs I've ever heard in a Disney movie.
4. Jafar (Aladdin)
Jafar is just a sickening man. He's soooo sleazy, yet a wonderful villain. Watching him is so much fun. Also, trying to becoming an Evil God is a nice goal for a villain.
Imo, there's really no other character in a Disney product who compare to these four titans of villainy.
