When Naruto enters BM (huge turning points in the story in that chapter) or when Naruto first appeared on the battlefield to fight Pain due to the sheer bad assedness of his entry. Looking back though, Jiraiya's death was really well done - had it not been the death of one of my favorite characters it'd be the best chapter in my opinion.
