It's just as delusional to believe one can be the source of all hatred as it is to use love to erase hatred.
Hatred is in human nature. You won't erase it. You won't direct it.
Here are the issues.
Sasuke believes he can be the source of all hatred. He can't. People fight and die over pointless things. Look at the crusades. Thousands die over a plot of land. Catholics and Muslims believe in God, but kill each other over petty differences in practice and decorum.
Hell look at how many pairing wars this site has. Apply that in the real world and we have rivalries and jealousy over love.
Secondly, the Beasts aren't an issue anymore. They've made a connection and respect for humanity because of Naruto. The only people who could manipulate them were Uchiha who are down to Sasuke, and honestly given the weakness of the moving generations....Naruto is honestly the only other with a chance. The Jinjuriki system is already dissolved except for Naruto, Gaara, and Bee are loved members of their villages. Showing the old stereotype doesn't even hold.
What point does killing the Mage even serve. Seriously. They have no ties to what happened to the Uchiha clan. Danzo, Itachi, and Obito were the one's responsible. Killing them isn't going to suddenly prevent new Kage elections/appointees. So he's murdering five people for no reason.
TL;DR?
Sasuke's plan is based on a false belieF that he can become hatred.
The idea of abusing Beasts is gone. The stereotype of them as outcasts is gone (Naruto, Bee, Gaara), and the Beasts themselves have found a bond with humanity. If Sasuke dies without bearing a child, no more way to control them with the power held by everyone else besides Naruto.
Killing the Kage is pointless. New Kage will be appointed. The current ones have no ties to the events that caused the Uchiha fall,. Their only tie is the fact their a chain in the link of the Village system.
It's completely flawed.
