previously: The story takes place after Hashirama vs Madara. (Tobi is a random Uchiha here.) Madara had formed Akatsuki and hid in the shadows,but they managed to capture Tobirama, so Akatsuki could made its move.In exchange for Tobirama's life, Madara made Hashirama sacrifice himself. Then they released Tobirama, but he was under genjutsu. The hokage's advisor and the head of the Hyuga clan cancelled the genjutsu, and Tobirama tried to warn the other nations to be careful. Unfortunately, Zetsu and his clones killed the messengers and gave false messages to the villages. This was Madara's plan to turn the nations against each other and start a war. In addition,he sent his men to kill the kages...The first match was Tokage, a new member of Akatsuki , vs Hisashi, the 1st Tsuchikage. The second match is Kakuzu vs Kazuki the 1st Mizukage. Then Zetsu fought the 1st kazekage, Isao. Finally, it was Tobi vs. the 1st Raikage, Ryuu.

Chapter 10
The plan in motion
-Have you succeeded?-asked Madara, sitting on a stonethrone, elbowing on its arm.
-The Raikage is dead, but I had to sacrifice my eye.
-Izanagi? You shouldn’t rely on it too much.-said Madara in a nonchalant tone.
-Izanagi is the justsu that connects imagination and reality. A memento from the Rikudou Sennin. We are gods. As long as a ninja fulfills his mission, nothing else matters.-answered Tobi.
-Very well. Now go and replace your eye.- Madara opened his eyes, the mangekyou sharingan shining in them threateningly.
Tobi left, covering his blank eyesocket with his left hand. Madara turned to Zetsu.
-The Kazekage is dead as well. But the Tsuchikage survived...Tokage that idiot...
-We only have to wait for Kakuzu now to return. He is due to come at any time.- just when Zetsu finished his sentence, a tall shadow appeared in the dim cavern. It was Kakuzu, but he panted heavily.
-So?- asked Madara.
-I won. But I’ve lost four of my hearts.
-Four?-Zetsu was surprised.
-He was the Mizukage after all.
-That Kazuki.-wondered Madara.-He had some nasty jutsus. What’s important is that he is down now. Take a rest Kakuzu. I don’t need you for a while.
-I have sworn to take revenge on Hashirama and his followers. –said Kakuzu.
-You will. Soon...-replied Madara.-We’ll go on with the plan. The villages will definitely take action, we have to use the upheaval to our advantage. While they’ll be engaged in debating and doubting each other, we’ll take the Bijuus.-Madara stood up.-Zetsu. Get prepared, when Tobi is ready, we’ll head towards Konoha.
-I’m always ready- answered the plant-like Akatsuki.
-Fine.-said Madara and looked at the wood statue of Hashirama.
Chapter 11
Assemble
Konoha
-Tobirama sama, we got note from all the other great villages that their kages were attacked by assasins on the same day. All of them were defeated, except for the Tsuchikage.-Shikumo, the hokage’s advisor slammed the door of Tobirama’s office open. Tobirama was looking out of the window, he seemed troubled.
-What? Ryuu, Kazuki and Isao...all dead?-turned round Tobirama, facing Shikumo.
-Yes. The information is reliable. Also, the Tsuchikage suggested to arrange a general meeting of the great villages. They are suspicious of us, since you are the only kage that hasn’t been attacked.
-That’s understandable, but I was also attacked, you know. My brother is dead as well. Someone is gonna pay.-Tobirama clenched his fist and smited the table.
-Calm down, Tobirama sama. That’s what we have to explain to them at the meeting.
Hisashi wants the meeting to be held in Iwagakure.-Shikumo tried to soothe Tobirama.
-I don’t care about the place. Actually, it’s better if we keep that unreliable bunch of envious imbeciles out of my village.-said Tobirama and folded his arms.
-But Tobirama sama, please don’t show your real feelings when it comes to negotiations, alright?-sighed Shikumo.
-I’ll try my best not to. Call for Ichiro. He will come with us as well. I need reliable guardians.
-Roger sir!- answered the head of the Naraka clan, and disappeared in a puff of smoke.
Iwagakure
The Tsuchikage was still lying in his bed at the infirmary. He sit up when he heard the steps of someone approaching.
-Have you sent the messages to the other villages?- asked from his right-hand man.
-Yes, Hisashi sama, I’ve already received their replies. No objection against the meeting being held in our village.-answered Eiji, a strongly built, middle aged man.
-I’m surprised. I thought that that fiery Tobirama would raise his voice against it.-the Tsuchikage stared in front of himself for a few seconds.-It seems that he also understands the graveness of the situation. The kages assassinated...what a calamity.
-We have to do our best to avoid another war. I’ve made the preparations for the assembly.-said Eiji.
-I hope I’ll get better by the time the meeting starts. We have to represent our strength. We cannot lose position.-pondered Hisashi then turned to Eiji.-Dismissed.
-Hai.- bowed Eiji and left. In the door, he turned back for a moment. Seeing the aging and now weakened kage, he smirked.-Rest well, Tsuchikage sama.
Kirigakure
-First we have to choose the representatives of the village for the meeting.- said an old man, raising his hands, as the debate turned ferocious in the conference room of Kirigakure.-Appointing the next Mizukage is secondary. We haven’t even buried the First.
-But...-some counsellors stood up in anger, while others were silently staring at eah other.
-Silence! The old man is right. The meeting of the villages is only in a few days, we can continue arguing over the next Mizukage after we have strengthened our position at themeeting.- someone from the crowd raised his voice.
-True, true- murmured the rest of the company.-The wisest men should be appointed for the task.
-Wisdom comes with age. I’ve seen many things in my life. I was there when the alliance was made with Hashirama Senju.-said the old man from earlier.
-Yes, yes, we shall send Mizuki sama.-suggested someone.
-Agreed, he is the best choice!- cheered everyone.
-Thank you for your trust, I shall carry out my duties appropriately.-old man Mizuki stood up.- I need two persons to escort me. Katashi and Koichi. Guards of former Mizukage. Come with me.-Mizuki pointed at the two jounins.
-It’s an honor, Mizuki sama.- said Katashi, the jounin who stopped the kid Isumo when Kakuzu killed Isao, the First Mizukage.

Kumogakure
-Alright, then it’s agreed. According to the results of the vote, the 3 men chosen for the meeting are: the Shin brothers, Shiro and Shinji, and Nobu sama, the new Raikage, former kage Ryuu’s advisor.-presented a jounin the results to counsel.- I will tell about the events to the Feudal Lord.
- As the new raikage, I will do my best to strenghten the fame of the Village Hiiden in the Clouds.-said Nobu.- After the meeting, we will hold the inauguration ceremony.
Sunagakure
- The Feudal Lord has already made his decision. He appointed Yori, the war hero as the next kazekage.- informed the counsellors an old man.-Everyone, please greet your new kage. This said, Yori entered the room. All the people bowed their heads, and Yori did the same.
-Yori sama will officially take his position as the Kazekage after the meeting of the villages.- continued the old man.
- I will avenge my predecessor’s death. I won’t let you down. Sunagakure will flourish like none of the other villages. We will surpass Konoha! –Yori made the small audience burst out in applause.- In order to fulfill my role as the kazekage, I will make sure that the other nations accept our terms of negotiation. I appoint Yuu as my right-hand man, and Toru will be his substitute. They will come with me to the meeting.
-Do your best, kazekage sama!-hailed the counsel.
In the meantime, a strange figure could be seen on the light blue sky, approaching the earth at a high speed. In a few minutes, the alien landed with a bang., leaving a huge crater in the ground. The shape of a man emerged from the hole. He turned around, scanning the landscape. As he faced towards the direction of the Sun, the rays shone onto his Rinnegan.
