Because I am bored and am not giving constructive criticism <.<..., I'll go over a small fact. Short range is 0-5 meters, mid range is 5-15, and long range is 15-25+. How do ranges generally affect your jutsus?

o.o I thought short range was 0-5m, mid range=5-10m, and long, 10-15+
umm, I think they get weaker with time and distance, as air (medium) provides some resistance, and as a result most of the techniques are limited to mid-range as they die out before reaching the long range.
Also time required in sending a jutsu at long range takes time, which is more than time taken in short or mid (obviously -_-)
PS. Sorry for late reply, and my next replies might be slow too, for I am bust with exams.

It can defend against:
-Water techniques, as this technique will just redirect the path of a water tech.
-Flying Bugs.
-Rain techniques and hence from Rain at will tiger, therefore protecting ourself from getting sensed by our enemy.
-Techniques approaching us from multi-directions.
-Low ranked lightning technique which shoots down on us from the sky.

"From the ground." Where on the ground? Next to my clone? Underneath him? Far away from him?
"Every direction possible." Another issue here. Then how exactly large are the pillars? Small enough, then you need to state a place where they pierce him. Or are they very large like the trunk of a tree?
