Only if you Edo Tensei me back later, right? >_>
Rising Dragon Dance
Advantages:
~It's an omnidirectional attack.
~You can throw a variety of different weapons.
~It's a quick move that requires no handseals and the weapons can reach up to long range.
Disadvantages:
~It's a waste of a move slot since you can freeform it instead.
~It will be hard for you to control your body since you're in air. Therefore, leaves you vulnerable against attacks from your opponent, and most importantly, you won't be able to focus on your opponent because of your continuous spinning.
~It's a weak attack plain and simple.
Combinations and Strategies:
~If you choose to do the freeform version of this move, you'll be able to infuse an elemental affinity within the weapons to add more power to them.
~You can use it as a first move to open up some spaces for attack. Your opponent can't just ignore the weapons like there nothing, so you can use that time to launch a combination attack that would be effective at that exact moment.
Ways to Counter:
Lol Seriously?

.........ok

~An overhead attack such as sticky dropping would be smart move to use in this situation since they won't have enough time to react while they're spinning wildly in the air.
~Or, you can just use a simple counter and just attack the user with a stream like attack so they'll be force to stop and counter themselves.
Shouldn't this be a Ten-Ten exclusive? O_O
I took a running head start and jumped 10 meters up in the as I twist my body counter-clockwise. Once I had reached the peak of the jump, I immediately tossed shurikens and kunais at the surrounding trees below me as I maintain my rapid spinning speed. After I was finished tossing every weapon I had in my possession, I gently glide down on the ground and planted my right hand on the ground to secure my balance.
