Hey Priest, how's it going?

I want to learn taijutsu because both my bio's revolve around it. It would be great to learn it with Neji if Jyuken wasn't enough, I would have more options available to me with regular taijutsu moves. Also on my custom bio, Gogeta, since he's a DBZ character I wanted to keep him basically in that form, a fighter. So I'd like to learn taijutsu before trying to hopefully try and get weight training for him as well.

Taijutsu in so many words means body techniques. It is martial arts, hand-to-hand combat that utilizes the physical and mental aspect of the user and only uses what that individual's body has. There are many different types of Taijutsu that is utilized such as The Gentle Fist, which the Hyuga household use for their taijutsu. Their form of hand-to-hand combat used precision based attacks, inserting chakra within the opponents body. In this case of combat the user could cut chakra networks, shut them down and even damage internal organs. Another form would be the kind that Rock Lee and Gai use, which is to pound away at the body doing external damage to their opponents. Taijutsu itself doesn't require any hand seals since it is free form fighting which also means the user doesn't have to use chakra, however, it could help enhance moves. Taijutsu is required by working on the users stamina and strength to further enhance their ability of fighting. After further honing the skills and the body of the user, they could eventually be able to access their chakra gateways by burst them open to get giant quantities of chakra to super enhance the users body, however, damaging it in the same process. This technique is called the Eight Inner Gates. When the user opens each gate, they get a great deal power but at each gate a cost of their body. If the user would open all 8 they would have power that would even rival a kage but at the end of it all the user will die.

1. Stamina is being able to sustain long periods of physical or mental acts. This is where you use the energy within your body to sustain an act currently going on. A good way of improving said this is by constantly working on exercise and cardio to keep your heart pumping with less energy being used for said activity.

2. Strength is the ability to overcome obstacles with tasks, such as being able to break a rock with your hands. A way you can improve on this is constantly working on it and pushing your self hard so then one day you can break a boulder.

3. Endurance is when you're able to withstand the obstacles in your way despite it being hard but having the will to keep on going. It may be difficult but you still keep at it. The best way to work on this is just to keep doing it. Even though it sucks and it's hard and it hurts, you're getting stronger and your endurance to it is better and will get even better as you keep going.

4. Reflex is an action to be able to respond to something without a conscious thought about it. A way you work on your reflex is by practicing something fast paced that will allow you to move or react to it eventually. At first you'll have trouble with it but as you work on it, it comes naturally. Just how reflex's should work after being adjusted to said thing.

From my knowledge of taijutsu the only one's I'm currently aware of are 4 types.

Basic taijutsu, which is what Lee and Gai use. They just fight hand-to-hand combat and use their blows to do have damage and a lot of external damage to their opponents, smashing them to a pulp.

Chakra based taijutsu, which fits the form of Kimimaro. He uses chakra to manipulate his bones and fights with the advantage of that.

Weapon taijutsu, when one uses weapons when coordinating with hand-to-hand combat. Such as brace knuckles or even swords.

Gentle Fist, which belongs to the Hyuga clan. This uses subtle attacks to the opponents body, damaging their internal organs and also can shut down the chakra network inside their enemies.

No questions here.

Gai - Both pure taijutsu as well has having advanced taijutsu.
Lee - Same as the above mentioned.
Neji & Hyuga - The Gentle Fist falls under advanced taijutsu.
Kimimaro - His bone techs come from his KG which is a form of advanced.
Tsunade/Sakura - Both use chakra enhanced taijutsu since they rely on using chakra the instant they make contact with something giving them that super strength.
3-4th Raikage - Both of them as well use chakra enhanced taijutsu, using their raiton chakra to give them extra speed and power behind their moves.

Hearing his sensei say that, Neji would take a moment to stretch his legs out and jump a couple times to get the blood pumping. After s couple minutes of bouncing around he had that look in his face...a look of determination.

I got this!

Beginning the motion of running through the training grounds he would just keep the thought in his head that he's going to be the best and be able to go against his rival in no time. Constantly thinking this as he keeps making pace running laps around the training grounds. After a decent amount of time has gone by, Neji had completed his 100 lap run.

Right away, his sensei tells him to do another 100 laps but this time upside down. Neji takes a moment and takes a deep breath before leaning downwards with his hands on the floor and his feet up high. After getting the perfect balance of standing like that he would proceed to walk forward getting used to moving as such. Gaining pace he would slowly build up momentum and begin moving a lot faster.

As he begins to slowly make laps around the training grounds he would feel that the strength of his arms and abdominal getting tighter and stronger from the continued lap taking over the course of some hours. Eventually seeing as the sun was setting Neji would finally clear the 100 lap marker just before flipping over and landing on his back.

That was real tough.

Okay we continue with our fitness and muscle build. Though now lets build your flexibilty and agility.

Do 100

-Flips(forward, right, left, cartwheel, backwards, screwdriver etc.)
-Rolls
-jump Squats
-500 push ups
-500 sit ups

Getting himself into position, Neji would begin to perform a front flip, following that he would do a flip onto his right side then his left going into a carwheel next then into a backflip. Landing perfectly he would proceed to do a screwdriver and so forth he kept going in this cycle of flips over and over again for a good couple hours or so. Doing this process he would eventually stop after reaching a 100 flips.

Alright, the rolls are next.

He would then crouch and then tumble forward performing a roll which he would continuously do until he reached a 100 rolls. The next exercise on the list was to do a 100 jump squats. Neji would stand still with both his arms sticking out to give him balance and then he would squat down. Once his legs and tight hit 90 degrees he would explosively jump upwards repeating this process until his repetitions met the requirement of a 100.

Doesn't look like it get's easier from here on out...

Kneeling down, he would spread himself out nicely and then get into his push up stance. He would go down with his arms hitting 90 degree angle then go back up which he would keep doing. This one took a long time since this many push ups were a lot for him at first but he kept at it. A few hours pass by but Neji finally manages to reach his goal of 500 push ups, however collapsed on the ground. Still knowing he isn't finished yet he would turn over onto his back and raise his legs up beginning to do a sit up. This would also take a few hours since he's already worn out. The motion of going up and then back down was almost robotic but he knew this had to be down. It was a slow one but he gets to the goal of reaching 500.

Panting a bit, Neji would lay on his back breathing heavily but manages to say these words.

Walking towards the tree pointed out by his Sensei, Neji would coil his fingers into a fist then proceed to thrust his arm out punching the tree with his right hand. Smacking against the tree he would recall his right hand/arm and then thrust his left hand into the tree.

One.....two.....

Going back and forth punching the tree, he would see a noticeable chipping of the tree as was being punched away. Doing this also started to leave marks on Neji's hands from punching the tree raw. Despite the clearly hurting hands of constantly punching a tree he kept going with it until he reached the set goal of a 100.

No problem here. On to the kicks now.

Finishing the series of punch exercises he would then do the same procedure except by swinging his right leg into the tree, fall back into his stance and then swing his left leg into the tree. Further punishing the practice tree it had a big chunk of wood missing from it since it kept getting smashed in by the fists and kicks of Neji. Systematically going in with his left and right legs he would do this until the tree started to almost tip over. On the last kick, the 100th kick, he would put his remaining strength into the kick which would collide with the tree and finally tip over the damaged practice dummy of a tree.

I face you and throw a football towards you. It would hit you in the face if you don"t block. However, I dont want you to block. I want you to use you palm to slap away from you.
