Taijutsu is also known as body art and requires your stamina, strenght and other things to implement.

-There is one which is pure and with no enhancement. This is also a body art that uses the body, hand, head, legs, elbow, knee etc without something as little as chakra enhancement.
-We have the chakra enhanced/augmented taijutsu. This one requires you to spend a little or large hakra to execute, although you still need your body to perform them, otherwise it falls into the ninjutsu category.
-We have the advanced Taijutsu. KG and Hidden ability falls into this category. Examples are Dead Bone Pulse, Gentle Fist, Eight Inner Gates. They depend on chakra to perform.

Hearing his sensei say that, Neji would take a moment to stretch his legs out and jump a couple times to get the blood pumping. After s couple minutes of bouncing around he had that look in his face...a look of determination.Okay good.

Start by running around the training ground. Start with a hundred lap.
Do do another hundred lap. This time however, you are walking upside down.
Okay we continue with our fitness and muscle build. Though now lets build your flexibilty and agility.
Do 100
-Flips(forward, right, left, cartwheel, backwards, screwdriver etc.)
-Rolls
-jump Squats
-500 push ups
-500 sit ups
Next is strenght and endurance.
Now do a 100 each for

Kicks
