The Nara Clan has alliances with the Akimichi and Yamanaka Clans of the leaf Village. They have been allied with these clans for many generations. The shadow Jutsu that the Nara Clan uses works when the Nara Clans shadow, which can be extended makes contact with the enemy. This can be used in many ways and works especially well when it is really bright. This hidden jutsu can be used to Strangle, Pierce, Bind and take possesion of the enemy. However it weakness is its limited range, its amount of time it can be used for and the fact that it is completly usless if used in a dark area.

good, also remember that fire is one of the most important weakness. depending on its rank, it can stop or pull back the shadow attack.
ok begin concentrating your chakra into your body and then try to channel it into your feet and then into the ground, into your shadow. once you think you have control over the shadow and enough chakra is gathered, make it advance just a little bit.

*I start by gathering a large amount of my chakra in my body and then once that chakra is gathered i send it to my feet. Then i release my stored chakra into the ground and from the ground into my shadow. Then i add more chakra to my shadow and mix the chakra with my shadow. Finally i attempt to move my shadow three inches forward and succeed by moving my chakra and my shadow at the same time.*

*I start by gathering a large amount of chakra and then sending it into my shadows. Then i continue adding more chakra into my shadow until my shadow is about fiftey percent shadow, fiftey percent chakra. Then i start to move my shadow and focus on the speed and range of my shadow and finally stop moving my shadow when it arrives just before yours.*

ok now link your shadow with karin's. keep concentrating chakra and you will notice that you will have karin's movemnts matching yours-
note: try not to copy basically what i say but be more imaginative and descriptive, it will make you a better fighter and will make the training more intresting.

*Okay I begin by sending a large amount of my chakra into my shadow until there is complete equilibruim between my chakra and my shadow. Then i send my shadow flying towards karin's until the two connect. Finally i move my left hands to punch the air towards the left of me and karin does the same except she punches another karin clone. Throughtout the whole process i keep on supplying chakra to my shadow until finally the link between my shadow and karin's breaks.*

good, you need to concentrate on the technique and dont let go before time.ok now do the same but faster and in a serpent-like way, this way ill see how good you handle the technique.
*Okay i start by putting my chakra into my shdow so that way the two are perfectly balanced. Then i begin to focus on the chakra in my shadow and begin to make it move forward in a serpent like way and make it move at a frame of 10ft per second.*

take out some kunais/asuma's trench knives and channel your shadow chakra into them. once ready, throw them at karin's shadow, if they touch it she will be paralized just as a shadow jutsu.

After i am done i jump into the air and throw the trench knife at the shadow of a running karin clone and once it makes contact with the shadow the karin clone freezes.*

*I start off by taking out one of asuma's trench knives and applying my shadow chakra to it. Then i take out 2 kunai wth paper bombs and one without. i throw the first one at karin and no second later i throw another one exactly behind the first(both with paper bombs). Then i use

meh, its more or less ok. although remember that the object that is infused with shadow chakra must touch the shadow of the enemy in oprder to paralize him, not the enemy itself.

concentrate more chakra when it starts climbing the tree.
*I start by applying my chakra into my shadow and then i start to make it advance towards the tree you pointed to. However on contact with the tree i start putting more chakra into my shadow and i begin to focus more because it is harder to climb up the tree with my shadows then to move along the ground. Then after my shadow gets a ways up i have to focus and and more chakra until finally it reaches the top of the tree.*

good, now do htat again but instead of climbing a tree, you'll climb karin, as you connect with her shadow and start to climb upwards, use some shape manipulation to transform the shadow into a hand, as you reach karin's neck, you'll be able to strangle her by focusing mroe chakra.
*I begin by sending my chakra into my shadow and then sending my shadow towards karin. As soon as my shadow and karin's connect i send my shadow climbing up karin. As i send my shadow to climb karin i concentrate more and send more chakra into my shadows. I also use chakra manipulation to turn the tip of the shadow into a hand. Finally as i reach karin's neck with my shadow i start to concentrate more chakra into my shadow so the hand squeezes karin's neck until finally she poofs away.*
