But how do you come up with immunity to antimatter? Inactive parts of it? Why didn't he do that before? I feel that the reason he's touching it now is that his durabilty is through the roof.
Most likely it has active an inactive parts, which I've stated before. He is not suffering damage from it because he is not in contact with active parts, but if after using the jutsu he was hit with active portions of it, it should affect him.

It destroys matter on contact, basically the opposite of matter. There really isn't a better way to describe the tech, based on what it actually does. No need to be like that.
